Veteran owned and operated. Best coffee shop in Sheridan. As a vet this is the most inviting and comfortable coffee shop I’ve been to, if you’re in the area be sure to stop in and enjoy a coffee and a spend a few minutes in back to see all the law enforcement and military patches.

Bison Union Coffee offers exceptional coffee; it's a testament to the spirit of Tatonka. As a veteran-owned establishment, it exudes a sense of pride and commitment which I love. The display of police patches on the walls adds a touch that my wife and I loved. Beyond the rich, bold flavors of their coffee, you'll feel a genuine connection to a community that values service and sacrifice.Bison Union Coffee is not just a coffee shop; it's a tribute to the bonds formed through duty, and every cup is a salute to those who've dedicated their lives to service.

I love coffee, as long as it bold, dark and flavorful. I discovered Bison Union coffee a few years ago while in Sheridan. During roasting, the street fills with incredible aroma of coffee beans- if you appreciate strong coffee you'll love it. I headed right in and have been a loyal customer since. I've been ordering their coffee ever since stepping in and trying a cup. Grateful for their subscription option so I can make my own perfect cup in my home, miles away. One thing that impresses me, I get a handwritten "thank you" with each order. Little things leave big impressions.

Just happened to find ourselves in the amazing little town of Sheridan, we were walking down Main street which had some awesome shops and we were looking for a hot coffee, Came in to Bison Union ,what a great find! We chatted with Bert (the owner) for a half an hour and Charlotte and we left with some amazing coffee. I had the pleasure of brewing Bear fight coffee today, it was big and full. We really enjoyed everything about Bison Union, coming back to Sheridan in the Summer months!

If you're in Sheridan and you appreciate good coffee, Bison Union is a MUST! They roast their own beans, have an assortment of non-dairy milks, and are veteran and cowboy owned! Bonus points for being huge dog lovers! I had their iced honey latté with oat milk and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back... with our dogs.

This business is closed. It is now an over priced coffee/pastry shop called “Java moon”, and a sandwich shop that caters to tourists. The interior is very cool, it’s a partially preserved 1920s Woolworth’s-esque vibe but a smoothie and coffee will run $10 before tip.

THE coffeeshop to visit in Sheridan. The coffee here is amazing, the staff is friendly and they have some great gifts, stickers, and coffee bags to bring home. The canned coffee to take home is delicious and let's you enjoy some Bison Union anytime. We rolled in with a RV trailer and we're able to park off Broadway and easily walk to mainstreet.

Great cup of coffee - staff & apparel. Easy to get to off of 90. Even with construction there was plenty of parking.
