Been a loyal regular customer for 2 years with a group of people spending money they. Guess that wasn’t good enough for the waitress’ there.

My family moved to Sheridan in 1927. I visited here for the 1st time in my life and was told this restaurant was fantastic. My experience was less than that. The servers all had an attitude like they were from the city and arrogant to say the least to what they perceived as a tourist. If this establishment is not fond of tourist. I would suggest to anyone not living in Sheridan, giving your patronage to another professional establishment.

The Cowboy Cafe is exactly what you would expect from a small town diner, and that's what makes it good. The prices are all great for the serving size, and the selection of pies really top off any meal. We usually go here a few times a month.

I try to hit this place for breakfast every time I'm in Sheridan. The food is excellent and the menu is one of the more unique in the area, with ingredients beyond your standard breakfast place (pesto, burrata, goat cheese, etc.). They also serve lunch and dinner, but I've only ever started my day there.

Husband said his Chicken Fried Steak was the best he's ever had. Breading was tasty and thin. He said it was so good that it didn't need gravy.

Great "down home" cafe. Filling, generous portions. Didn't have room for dessert ?. Will have to come back.

Absolutely loved this place. I missed our servers name, but she was very polite and attentive. We ordered the Swiss/Mushroom Chicken Fried Steak and the Wyoming Wild Platter. My husband and I have made a game out of who got the better meal, and these dishes were tied. They have a large selection of pies and cheesecakes to choose from (about 10-13ish choices). We ordered a Chocolate Pear pie for dessert and it was delicious. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to the breakfast ?

Great little local restaurant. The only reason I won't give them 5 stars is every time I try to order online there is always a issue.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the food

I had a pickup order, and the blonde woman working the counter was so blatantly rude it was almost funny. I’ve had great, friendly service here in the past, but this particular employee was hostile from start to finish.
