I went on the online portal to see if delivery times were quick enough for me to make a meeting. The site said 12-22 minutes for delivery so I placed the order. It's now been over an hour and still no pizza. The guy who answered the phone when I called to check on it was rude and just said they were busy. I missed my meeting waiting on the pizza. I will never order from them again.

Peter was extremely professional and the pizzas he produced were perfect. As a former employee of this store I know what their product should look like and he definitely went above and beyond I am very impressed.

I ordered a pizza, it was close to close I admit. But they took my order. I still had not received what I paid for & they refuse to answer their phone after close. They consistently provide much less than poor service. It's like they are afraid to actually work or a good experience for their customers. It's too bad that there is little competition for their business, in this town.

I ordered a couple pizzas after a longgg day of work. When I picked them up, they were fresh, warm, and ready to go. The staff was so nice, as they greeted me, offered me plates and napkins, and were overall very polite. Great customer service and great food. Our pizzas were absolutely perfect. Great job team!!
Don't get me wrong I love your pizza, but if your gonna give someone a free pizza and that's all they want they shouldn't have to order $20 dollars worth of food, I can barley afford the one pizza I'm not gonna buy $15.00 of food I can't afford

We stopped by to grab a pizza to take to our hotel. We were staying in Sheridan on our drive back to Georgia from Montana. It was around 8pm and we were the only ones there. There was a lady and a young man there. The young man was cleaning the glass and the lady was sitting at a table. The young man told us it was going to be an hour to get a pizza! I then asked what if we just had it delivered, he said twice as long. Again, they were doing nothing, no pizzas being made, just cleaning. It was very obvious that they did not want customers there. Pretty sad.

This is the last time I will be ordering from Dominos in Sheridan. I was again this evening met with remarkably terrible customer service.I arrived at the store at 10:56, after getting a notification my order was ready at 10:48. Because of my last experience, i made sure to allow extra time. When i came in, the one employee i see looks at me and then continues making pizzas, not saying a word. I stand and wait in front of the counter for 3-4 minutes while this gentleman continues to not acknowledge my existence. I had to leave the store and drive around the back just to make sure there were other employees somewhere because I was clearly not going to be helped by the person in there. Finally go back inside to get my order and did tell the person who actually decided to talk to me what i experienced. This man absolutely did not care. Not even a sorry. Had nothing to say.Pizza tastes just fine, however one of them made wrong. Ridiculously long wait time. None of that would be a big deal if there was even an ounce of genuine customer service. It is very clear there is not going to be at this location. This is the 2nd time in the last month I have ordered from here and had this experience.
