Gave this place a second chance because the bread was hard and flat the first time. I was hoping it was just a fluke. Nope! Still hard and flat even after we had to wait because “the bread wasn’t done”. It literally rips the inside of your mouth up from the hard crust :(.I actually got excited because I knew we were getting “fresh” bread. No way. Sandwich was hard, bland, and absolutely not worth the wait. I’ve had my go to sandwich at many other restaurants and it’s my favorite bread. Sheridan, WY location is doing something wrong. Slow service, no clean tables, disappointing sandwiches. We will NOT return and we’ll spread the word! Jimmy John’s has the best bread and sandwiches and Sheridan location is a bad representation.

Terrible service. They messed up the order. Twice. Finally gave up because I felt too bad wasting anymore food. They had the order in the computer right but somehow couldn’t figure out how to make the sandwich. They did not seem at all interested in fixing it or apologizing. Also there’s no trash can outside which explains the mess of half eaten food dropped all over the ground.

The sandwich was made fresh, and the ingredients were fresh as well. I love their pickles. It's the bread, I really don't care fit the bread they use. They do offer wraps, but when I want a sandwich, the bread is so important. However, I do love their pickles!
