This McDonald's was terrible. The tables had locators, receipts, trays, ect. on them and there was no one to come out and clean. While I was waiting a man came in who had been waiting for his curbside order for 30 minutes. The employee said "Sorry, we tend to forget to work on those." The man asked to speak with a manager and told her that he would like a refund. She said "So you don't even want the food?" When he replied no she threw the bag, actions unbecoming a manager. When we finally got our food they had messed up the order and my food was cold. When we left the lady who had been waiting since before we came in was still waiting. I believe the owner of this store needs to have a serious talk with their staff.

almost everytime i come to this mcdonald’s at night, the same person takes my order and is rude. starts with “ what do you want” and everytime we order it’s “what else” and he sighs whenever we add something. at the window he takes the money and gives change back without a word. the tone of voice and what you say is apart of the customer experience. the customer should always come first and leave the restaurant satisfied. not disgusted or annoyed or irritated. i always feel like a burden at this mcdonald’s when i order. get a new employee please ??

Four times in a row. Kept trying again hoping things would be better. Sat in drive-thru for seven minutes at speaker with no acknowledgment. Lady pulls up to speaker beside me and before her wheels even stop rolling she has a greeting.I will not eat at McDonalds again.

waited over 10 minutes to just pay for the order as the worker is just standing there not working what so ever. got the food and it was cold.
Went through the drive through ordered two meals a #5 and #3. Both large. Got one medium and large drink and they messed it up when we ordered argued and wouldn't fix it. On top of messing up our order the drive through person was smoking a golden colored vape. Vapes are still considered nicotine and an aerosol because the vapor can land on food. The vaping is against health code laws.

Not bad. . . Always below the bar with cheapo grease ball joints. The menu on the wall changes as you look at it, I think that is a very inconvenient idea when trying to look at all the options. So I asked for a menu, no problem. . . . Except for no prices listed. What is this red lobster? Give me a break here.

It's a McDonald's. Im not too sure what people expect from them. It's fast, average, and will do in a pinch to feed the friends you've convinced to help you do some labor.

Horrible service and long wait worst of all we had to drive off because the girl wouldn't talk through the speaker after saying the code didn't work and almost wanted to ask her if maybe she didn't work.

Lobby of both McDonalds in town are closed. We ordered through mobile app to pick up at counter and had to wait in their very long drive up line just to pick up a drink and a Mcflurry we had already paid for, just needed to pick up. When we got the McFlurry it was not full nor had very much flavoring in it. Very sad. I used to enjoy going now it is just one big frustration.
