1 whole hour waiting for 1 breakfast sandwich. That's it. Never got it. Meanwhile some guy walked in, order a Sandwich and got it right away. They skipped me again.There were no orders up when I got here. Then 3 door dash orders came up and mine was skipped. They took 1 hour for that. This guy walked in that they knew by name and they served him first too. At that point, I walked out to go find someone who wants to serve me.

We stopped by for some food as we are passing through to Montana. I ordered a happy meal for my son and a spicy mcchicken and a small fry for myself. We waiting about 20 minutes in the lobby for our food and when we got our food they forgot my small fry. We had already left the area so I wasn’t able to go back and get my fries, however, I had a couple of my sons fires from his happy meal and they were cold as if they’d been sitting out awhile. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Not even interacting with your customers is my first red flag.
Went through the drive thru, I ordered a qpwc and bacon, fries and a drink. The wait was pretty long. Nobody in front of me when I arrived. The fries were warm at best and the burger was only brown on the outside and raw inside. Eating meat like that can cause food borne illnesses. I like the McDonalds on the south side much better. Think that's where I'll continue to go.

This will be the only negative review I've written for anything, but they should know when something's bad in order to correct it. I ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder. The very thin patty on both tasted like they'd had freezer burns. The bun on the Big Mac was tough and dry. I paid for extra pickles on it... but it came without pickles OR the special sauce, so it was totally dry and tasteless. I had large-sized the order, but the drink was barely a medium size. A lot of money for a terrible meal. (I don't want to go into the hurried, disinterested order-takers as that's another can of worms.)

Older lady at drive thru window was very very rude. Girl working front counter all by herself was also working the first drive thru so the wait for front counter was horrible. Worst part was the rude skinny old lady at drive
