We had a beautiful Date night at perkins this evening! Huge shout out to Ryanne , she was bubbly, friendly, and really made our night! Iv never had such excellent service. Heather the manager was amazing and friendly, made everyone feel welcome. All servers that were working had smiles and are friendly. So huge thank you! ? definitely will come back!

We sat for 20 minutes at our table without any service. We placed our order with our drinks, sat for almost 2 hours. The manager had to get a waitress, who was not professional whatsoever. People who showed up 45 minutes after us were served first. Was not happy.

I'm visiting a friend of mine. When I got sat down. My waitress Michelle came over right away and asked me what I wanted to drink and I asked for a small oj. My menu was all sticky and dirty with crayon marks all over it. It was really disgusting!! While I was waiting for my food the GM, kinda heavy set with a mustache was fighting with his serving staff to where I'm sure everyone could hear it!! I work in a restaurant. I think out of common courtesy you don't berate your employees to where the rest of the restaurant can hear it. It's totally inappropriate and bad for business!! Other than that my food was good. If the GM doesn't like his job, then get out of it!! Just not a good look and made my experience uncomfortable!
