A little different from a typical steakhouse... not bad, just different. The atmosphere is kind of a cross between a chain restaurant and a steakhouse. More of an open floor plan than most steakhouses I have been in.My dinner, was amazing! Service - just as impressive! The place was packed except for a couple small empty tables, 2 seaters, but our waiter didn't miss a beat! From what I could see, it appeared other table's wait staff was just as impressive - well done!I don't know if it is appropriate to drop my waiter's name on a public forum, but if his manager gets a hold of me, I'll be sure to pass his name along.Not sure how they could improve atmosphere of the facility ( I did notice a few minor things wrong that I won't air here, but nothing that would prevent me from returning. )Overall, was impressed, I will definitely be back - thanks again!

Clancy was our waiter while we enjoyed our dinning experience. Clancy is very attentive to me and my friend & he was well mannered. Now the steak was very blan, the carrot Souffle was on hit! Thank you Clancy for your great service, very rare to find careing and attentive services.

I’ve been to all the Rib & Chop locations in Wyoming, the food is always great as is the ambiance. The Sheridan location is no exception. The baseball cut top sirloin is exceptional. I did run into some lousy service from the bar tender, but that’s unusual.

I placed an on line order and paid on line ahead by 45 minutes before I needed to pick it up. I arrived to pick up and proceeded to tell 3 different servers after they asked, my name and pick up order, only to finally be told the kitchen disorderly order. Y this is a major inconvenience to wait. You need to fix your computer system and have a human checking it regularly. I do not recommend this Resturant for on line ordering.

definitely a good place for dinning in. I did take out if I go back it will be dine in. Food was okay was not really impressed with the taste of ribs not sure if they use rub or just how they cook them, potatoes had way to much garlic for my taste. Service was really good very polite and helpful.

The Wyo Rib & Chop used to be fabulous and wonderful and romantic when it was in the old Sheridan Inn. But now it has all the romance of a petrol station.Bright white lights, uncomfortable chairs, and less atmosphere than your junior high school cafeteria.Food was meh at best, and the server REFUSED to let us finish a sentence before interrupting every 5 minutes.WHY did they leave the old Inn for this horrible location?So very disappointed.
Staff was fantastic, service was great. The long island ice tea (2) were mix correctly.The full rack of ribs was very tasty and came out quickly .However the sides were served lukewarm at best. Baked potato couldn't melt butter. This was the only time I would be here. Went to other restaurants instead while in Sheridan. Enjoy them much better.

Made a reservation. On line web site is good and easy to use.Atmosphere is nothing special.Drinks were OK, but over priced at $14 each.The server.... she was having issues getting words out. Was told is was because she was SICK.We should have left then!Husband's ribs were charred to the point of not tasting meat and small, only 4" wide.My French dip was ok but not wow. Beef tasted like Safeway Primo Taglio. It was sliced too thick. Bun not toasted. Red onions were not fully cooked.Garlic mushrooms out of a can, not fresh.Cream brulee was some of the best I've had nationally. Dessert doesn't make up for dinner.
