Waffles are really average. Unclear when the benchtops or waffle machines were last cleaned. Needs an espresso machine. Another place asking for tips for counter service - just pay your staff properly. At least the beers aren't outrageously expensive.

Fun little top of the mountain cabin. Everything about it is rustic, not easy, not modern but very lovable. A hold over from the days where Americans would try to save money or make do with what we have. They make great waffles that you got to try just before you plummet down the mountain. Fortunately and unfortunately they are building a new and bigger lodge. Get there soon before it’s gone! My favorite is the trad the Nutella with bacon is also good. Don’t forget to ask for the shot of the day or any of their hot drinks! Best time to go is morning or after lunch but before 2:30PM.

A quintessential Jackson Hole ski experience for a reason! To get here, you must take the aerial tram to the top of the mountain. Then enjoy a waffle in a cozy atmosphere to fuel your epic ski down!
