I ordered and went to the window and got my food and checked to make sure it was correct and the receipt was right but the food was not, I gave it back and she said she’d fix it and then proceeds to give me the exact same food back that was incorrect
Depending on the staff, the lobby won't always be clean.Staff do talk about business in front of customers and sometimes you'll be waiting on them.However, overall Arby's in Torrington is a decent place to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: There is only one entrance on the Eastside for wheelchair accessibility.

Ordered a fish sandwich. They didn't put any tarter sauce on it. When asked for tarter sauce they made us pay for it! Then gave attitude!

I went through the drive up at about 145 in the afternoon. There was only one car a head of me and one behind. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar sandwich and a order of Mac and bits and 2 large cokes. I took the food to my husband for his lunch. The bits were burnt to a crisp and the sandwich was the ends pieces of the roast on a rider bun. Not even what I ordered! I got one coke and some kind of diet drink. This the second time in 2 weeks that we have gotten bad food and not what we ordered or missing parts of our order. We will not be going back! Not worth the money and lousy service.
