This place isn't a McDonald's. In my opinion, it's more of a diner. The foods are good and real. The food was hot as all hell and ready in about 5 minutes. Great service and people, too

So, I wish I could rate their food this time (last time it was cold). This time I didn't even get waited on. I stood at the counter for some time without anyone even acknowledging my presence... heck a simple "we are busy but will be right with you" or even "we are busy and do not want or need your business" would have been better than "ghosting" me at the order counter.I have never had a positive experience here since the day it opened and so this is my last try at this location.Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this franchise. Burger King is just a couple of blocks away!

The meat in my Big Mac and cheese burger was so dry it was not edible. We were driving through, so we not able to go back to get it taken care of.

Place was filthy. Employees are very rude and can not yell out orders right. People waiting at counter to order no one to be seen. Don't get me started on drive through. Every time you go through ya have to pull around and wait 15-20 minutes for any thing. And they want over 15 an hour then do your damn job. It should not look like a bomb went off .
