They never serve fresh food.... they cook a bunch of burger patties ahead of time and just leave them sitting on a plate to save time when you order a burger.Every time I go, I request my food be made fresh, and usually the server asks "are you sure?? It will be 7 minutes!". Like yeah, I don't want a warm old chubby chicken burger... I want it hot and freshly made! I just got home from ordering chicken finger meal, I forgot to order it fresh. The fingers are definitely old because it's not crispy or hot. Very disgusted by this place and wondering if it's even food safe to eat here. ?

I don't go to A&W very often because of the same issues:over-priced for the portion sizes ($10 for a smashed burger?)they almost never give out napkinshow are they always out of onion rings?the food is getting worse, both in presentation and qualityThe worst fast-food restaurant in town
I got a sweet potato fries, papa burger and a root beer, the burger was good, root beer was good, the sweet potato fries were bad, they were raw, wiggly and squishy and I returned them, they gave me new ones, they were raw and still wiggly and moist this time. For 5.19 plus tax, it is not worth it.
