Earls is still open as of the time of this review. However, I miss Earls already. My wife and I ate there for lunch. The food quality and freshness doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. The service and atmosphere are good though.

Gone to the dogs over the years . They used to have real battered deep fried fish and chips, nice and big pieces, now shriveled up deep fries little portions right out of frozen grocery store boxes. I tried twice over 6 months and same thing. I sent it back second time and it came back same pieces re- deep Fred and burnt dried out. Same with their garlic bread now they are Texas toast with garlic chunks toasted . Nothing good can be said about this soup kitchen

The quality of the food is disappointing for the price you pay. My food felt like it was partially frozen once, the second time my steak was very tough, and the last time my chicken was overcooked and tough. The service was sufficient but the ambiance is not as welcoming and the food is just not that great. I used to enjoy the food but I'll take my family and my business elsewhere. 3 strikes, you're out.

This place is ok and the food is above average. Menu seems limited compared to visits in prior years. Nothing here blew me away as to ensure a repeat visit, but nothing was bad.I stopped here at the same time as Christmas parties were happening and perhaps that may explain the slow kitchen and table service.

Earls is pretty standard chain food. This one is no different but it is good. Couple meals here, salad, salmon and a kun poa? bowl. All were very good. The service was fast and friendly, also open all day which a lot of places aren't so that was awesome! If you want a standard reliable but good meal in Whitehorse with good service, come here!

Overall a great experience!Constructive feedback:- The baby high chairs do not have trays and are too short for some of the tables.- The payment terminal's minimum tip suggestion is 15%. Makes it awkward when I choose my normal tip amount of around 10%. Not choosing the minimum of 15% could potentially make a server feel as though he/she did not offer good service.

arrived at Earls at 7:30 PM on Sunday when the advertised hours stay open till 10 PM to be told that the kitchen I just closed one minute ago. We asked to speak to the manager and explained that we would be completely open to having the kitchen prepare whatever was convenient. We were then told by the manager that that would not be possible as the kitchen had closed and the best they could do was offer a dessert. I have eaten at other Earls locations ,this one was not only dirty in appearance but the staff were poorly prepared to live up to their task of selling not only food but service. This location had a opportunity to provide fix the problem but declined the opportunity
