They are a disgrace to KFC brand!The burgers are terrible, nothing special about the chicken, it looks like it's just fried in a frying pan. We've been to many places and the food was special and stood out with its crispy flakes.The menu is small, the prices are too high!This was the first and last time.I will definitely tell my friends this so that they avoid this place. Disappointed and upset. Not tasty and expensive!Is not KFC ,an ordinary cafe..Hopefully over time they will get back on track and get better.

Can we just go back to original chicken as the default. And make seasoned fries an option not the rule, I often forget to ask for no seasoning and the fries are always way to seasoned and it's an odd seasoning.

Order messed up last three visits within three weeks. Each order was a spicy big crunch combo with bacon and cheese. First two times it came regular mayo with no bacon/cheese. Third time came spicy with no bacon/cheese and the drink was wrong.These are not complicated orders, so I'm not understanding why it keeps happening.

Chicken was Ok but I had to knock it down a star for high cost for average fried children.
So I went into KFC and waited my turn in line and I was cut off once....whatever happens all the time in this town but then another guy asked me if I order I told him I was waiting to so he decided to just cut infront of me too and the whole time the cashier didn't care or anything she sat there talking to her friend instead of taking orders. Everything I got in there the staff treat you like you don't matter.

Fries tasted weird, biscuits fell apart, chicken was greasy and salty. It’s not nearly as good as it used to be. Also seems overpriced and the menu options suck now, no more bucket and fries. Now if you want more chicken you have to order more sides. I miss the streetwise buckets, just chicken and fries.
