I asked for an ice water. The cashier refused saying I need to buy something first. This is the first time a fast food place ever refused to give me a cup of water. In fact when I worked at McDonald’s at a different location we used to give them out anytime anyone asked regardless if they ordered anything or not.

Ordered a grand Big Mac and confirmed my order at the window, but they gave me a plain burger (no toppings, just meat and bun). Simple mistake, no big deal. Asked for grand Big Mac with bacon again and manager told me to check the order on the screen when ordering. Yes, that’s why I checked at the window and confirmed my order because it wasn’t entered correctly. She gave me what was supposed to be a Big Mac with bacon, opened it down the road to find a plain Big Mac.. again… lol nasty. Threw it out. Go to the other McDonalds in town.

Rarely are orders correct.If you complain they say ‘did you look at the screen’ but the screen either goes by/ closes so fast you can’t see it or they’re still entering it after they tell you to pull forward.But it’s McDs, so I guess you just kinda expect that anyway

I went to McDonald’s with my friends and i ordered my food for takeout. Due to some reasons, we decided to dine in and we requested one employee, her name is CLAIRE that we will not do take out. Suddenly, her behaviour was changed and started to staring at us like we did something wrong. She started yelling at us and she was looking at us in very discriminatory way. This make us very uncomfortable and we left the McDonald’s. Her manager should have make her read the respectful workplace and customer policy so that everyone should be welcomed in McDonald’s.Thanks

Can't put any stars on for service because I placed my own order. Then, a staff member gave me my order on a tray.
Ok so I was on a road trip from Alaska to Arizona . My family stopped here for lunch. Because I'm on a strict diet. I ate this canned chicken and crackers for lunch. But my family loved this McDonald's all the workers were nice and this McDonald's was very clean.

The good ol' American embassy, to quote a very inebriated Australian dude I ran into in the Golden arches drive through at midnight one day long gone "you Canadians seem to love your chicken sandwiches" Well said lol, can't really beat a cheap Jr chicken slapped between a double cheese burger

No manners how to treat with customers, kind a harassment, specially claire doesn’t know how to talk and gave our order late. Such kind of lady need to take manner classes.

I go there at least once a week, but lately things have been slipping. I keep getting drinks packed with ice and maybe half full of pop.Furthermore, I'd reccomend not stopping in here for breakfast. I ordered a mocha and the teller said that they don't make them (I've gotten them there before, so yes they do; don't lie to me). I told her that all that needs to happen is to put hot chocolate mix into a coffee, and was bluntly told "We're not going to do that," like I'd just asked her to perform some foul and unnatural act for my amusement. Her boyfriend the manager (I can think of no other reason he wouldn't simply, you know, PUT HOT CHOCOLATE MIX INTO A CUP OF COFFEE WITH THE SUGAR LIKE ANYWHERE ELSE THAT SERVES COFFEE) was no help either.What's next, am I going to get treated like a sexual deviant for asking for no onions or extra napkins? I've stopped going places for less. I'm probably one of their best customers and I get treated like I get off on car accidents for asking for a mocha. They'd better thank God and all the fish in the seas that I like their lunch/dinner menu. In short, go to the big one next to Tags for breakfast, and always check your soda-to-ice ratio.
