The Coffee Shop is an excellent independently owned coffee house where you can go to grab a delicious hot beverage and treat. There is an amazing assortment of specialty coffees available. Most of the time it is the owner serving and making the drinks, so made with care. The Coffee Shop carries baked goods from local producers, including the Swiss Baker, Landed Bake House, and Sourdoughnuts. They also have soup and poke bowls at lunchtime.
Delicious coffee, pastries, and the shop has an amazing vibe. We tried the pumpkin space latte and the birch syrup chai and both were really good! The owner is very nice and welcoming, I can't wait to be back in town to visit again.

Love it. It's a hole in the wall but, they have good coffee and we enjoyed the cheese quiche. It was fluffy and creamy and flaky. Perfect! A little on the pricey side though, for 2 large coffees, a cheese quiche, and a cinnamon snail it came out to almost $40.
