If we could give it more stars, we would. A fantastic meal with fantastic service. Sarah went above and beyond for our group. She was on top of everything and made us feel like we were the only table in there with the efficient service and a smile. The food was out of the world. I would recommend the yaki udon with the filet. The edamame and shishito peppers were also amazing. Were from out of town and would absolutely drive 5 hours to dine at this restaurant again.
I don’t even know where to begin!! The food is impeccable, the options are so unique and well crafted. One of the first things I noticed, is that everyone in there was either first time guest or regulars and by the end of dinner I understood why, the atmosphere and service was amazing I don’t know how I can stay away. I cannot say enough great things about Blu DTR, worth. Every. Penny!!!!!
