Overall it was a pleasant experience. The options are endless, and the servings are very generous. The prices are high, but you get a lot for your money. Super limited seating within the store. The employees are friendly and quick with making orders.
I have mixed experiences with cold stone at different locations.This time I tried their chocolate waffle with oreo ice cream.Icecream is pretty much good but their waffle is so sick!!It is chewy, thick and absolutely junk!Paying extra for something waste

The ice cream is great but the young man that helped us tonight was rude. He acted annoyed we ordered two triple pints and one quart. He basically threw the ice cream on the slab and then again when bagging. When I went to pay, he didn't even say thank you. He then went back to the guy in the back and started talking.
