Hello, I have not had the privilege to go to your wonderful dining establishment. My wife and her friend did today for lunch and she sent me a message asking if I would like some food for home. She had naan and butter chicken and lamb curry. I said yes, please. She arrived and announced she had dessert as well rice pudding and something called a "honey ball". I exercised my adult privilege and ate dessert first! The consistency of the rice made it the pudding. It was silky and melted in your mouth. Western rice pudding like Kozy Shack the rice sits in the pudding like mixture. The rice here was suspended in a cold sugary broth. The creamy cold broth like lake was sugary but not cloying. That honey ball was like a 5 star, Heavyweight Champion World Cup winning donut hole. The cake was spongy and its outer layers soaked in that broth however the cake and shape retained its integrity. It was heavenly and sublime. Then I had just a taste of the food Best Lamb Curry I've ever had. Meat was seasoned so well and it melted in your mouth. The homemade Naan was so perfect. I wish to come back with my wife and our friends. Thank you
