We had such a great server, Brad. He was like a best friend we haven’t seen in forever, and I appreciate the genuine, heartfelt awesome service that the keg always provides. Always highly recommend the keg specially the Burnaby keg.
The server, Fernanda was amazing. The food was great and service was great. But most importantly, I am writing this review (my first time writing a review) because, I ordered steak and it was “too well done” for my liking but I didn’t want to complain. However, the manager was informed and he came over and personally spoke to me and assured me it’s ok to say it. He changed my steak, gave me a new great steak. On top of that, the drink was “on them”, the wings (which by the way was the best wings I’ve eaten in Canada) was “on them” and even the cheesecake was “on them”. This great act of kindness blew my mind, not because of what he (the manager) did but because he didn’t need to go that extra mile. It shows me they’re great humans with a big heart trying to make the world a better place. I’ll go there again and again and again. I recommend this place to everyone.
