“Friendly people, decadent meat with a great ratio of sauce to meat on it. We ordered the Two Way Two Sides. For the sides we got mac and cheese and green beans. The green beans were so flavorful they tasted like they came out of a well-seasoned soup. The mac n cheese was the best ive ever tasted, sharp and creamy and a hint of herbs. The brisket and the links were cut up in the perfect sizes so it was easier to eat. The hot links werent too spicy or too mild and the brisket was a good balance of lean parts with fatty. Will recommend to anyone in antioch!Wheelchair accessibility: There’s enough space on the floor and at the table for wheelchairs.“

“I have lived in the area for 10 years and would drive to Oakland for BBQ. Once I discovered Dads.... I haven't been back to E&J. My favorite is the tri-tip, Mac n Cheese, & Greens. Idk who cooking them greens but I would assume somebody Granny. lol My husband loves the BBQ Sauce and he is hard to please.“

“It was good as it should be. Meat was tender and flavorful. I buy their sauce and use it on my own slow cooked meats. My friends would think I ordered the meats from Everett and Jones lol. Done this for 20+ years even before they'd bottle it by bringing my own container.This location sells pre bottled jars of sauce.“

“This place is a hidden gem. The food reminded me of flavors from my childhood plus new fusion flavors. It was so delicious! We ordered a ceviche which we devoured so fast we didn't stop to take a photo. The Anticucho tacos were amazing. I don't know how nobody thought about that before. Genius. The plate comes with 3 tacos which my husband loved so much that one didn't make it in the photo. The owner was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back.“

“Unfortunately I have no photo to add because I scarfed down my food before thinking about Yelp. But this inconspicuous place serves up some really good dishes. My favorite is the teriyaki salmon with brown rice and salad. The glaze on the salmon was delicious. The rice was fluffy and the salad came with a nice miso dressing. The place itself is under construction and the dining area is blocked off. It gives a "Mom and Pop" shop. I wasn't bothered by that at all. However, they lose a star for that.“
