Chicken Restaurants near Ceres

“After having hot chicken on a recent trip to Texas, the wife and I decided to stop by this place. She has been there before a long time ago but did not really remember her experience. This spot in ceres is kind of far from our house and next to my favorite Indian food joint so if I come out here is for Indian food but now we have another choice. Wife loved her chicken sandwich, she got the hot and I got medium and we shared that combo which has two sandwiches . Medium is too hot for me so I'll go down a notch and she will go up a notch in her spicy level on our next visit. We added extra order of fries. I have mixed feelings with seasoned fries but these guys do a really good job with them, nicely seasoned, crunchy outside and soft inside, very good. Sandwich was great and can't wait to try some of the other sides in our next visit. This is a chain but their business model is one that more places should follow, their menu is simple only a few choices of the same thing but done extremely well. Too many restaurants have so many choices and huge menus and they end up hitting on some and missing on others and just mediocre. My daughter and husband both Gen Z would say this place is "vibing". It is very large with tables set very far from each other, a very modern and eclectic color scheme with satirical art marketing their chicken, large TVs all over the place and quite busy with a very young crowd which seemed to be enjoying the chicken and the pop music blaring on the speakers. You know you are Gen X or "old", when you don't recognize anyone on the pop music being played or think the music is too loud!! Lol, place was "vibing" for sure. Good service, clean, and can't wait to come back.“

“As a traveling salesman I try to get a hot meal wherever I can. Today I walked into this kfc and was amazed by the cleanliness. I was politely greeted by Aow she had a manager title under her name badge. She was very friendly, polite, and quickly rang up my order. Short after I was served a delicious hot meal. The entire experience was much more than I expected at a fast food restaurant. I will definitely come back here next time I am in town.“

“Service You never are greeted by a non-friendly face. Everyone is always smiling and nice even when they are slammed. I am a regular, many of the staff know my name and order with modifications. The Food You will NEVER find a better chicken nugget, spuds or biscuit anywhere. I'm salivating just writing about them. They chicken and chicken sandwiches are also equally amazing!!! Ownership The new owners have brought life back into the store, quality back into the food and a better level of customer service than ever before. You see them constantly working hard and smiling and greeting everyone. Plus they give back to the community which is VERY important to me.“
