“Best decision to stop here! It was the perfect way to end our LA trip with the tasty tacos. Each taco was $1.25 and 5 could easily fill you up.I would recommend the Al pastor tacos and the horchata. Also, would like to note for anyone that is a visitor, this food spot is cash only!“

“My group wanted to try some tacos from L.A. We we're really picky about where. I've never done food trucks, this is a first. I want all the seasoning in my tacos, not just salt and pepper. We all ordered one taco each just in case. We all liked the tacos and decided to order more. Definitely will be stopping by again when I come back?“

“HANDMADE CORN TORTILLAS, AUTHENTIC CECINA, AND THE BEST AGUA DE FRESA YOU'VE EVER HAD!, and those are just 2 things on their menu!!Don't sleep on this place, I came all the way from Houston, TX. (definitely worth the 1,500 mile drive).Dietary restrictions: You can always get a low sugar, low sodium, low carb, and low calorie lime wedge to squeeze on your MASSIVE TACO POBLANO.“

“Compared to a few years back this street food spot has gained a few more food stalls to neighbor it. There is now a bbq meet place, a salad and fresh foods place and a dessert one. I got three plates, one pad Thai, one pork fried rice and one of their new ground pork with egg dish. Pad Thai is good as always, fried rice was lacking flavor as before but they have seasoning for you to use. Their ground pork with egg was so good but holy crap it was spicy. It did have a good spice though I recommend it.“

“Love this place. I've never been in person because my husband always picks it up for me. I love the fresh tortillas-perfectly light and chewy, but sturdy and the meat is tender and seasoned well. I also always get a side of rice by itself. Very flavorful. There is so much savoriness which I definitely appreciate, but you might need the lime and pickled onions to cut the richness, but you should use the accoutrements anyway. I get my tacos without avocado because I'm allergic so that probably also changes the profile a bit and you might find they are perfect as it. I'm also mostly dairy free and haven't had the versions with the crispy cheese so I'm sure they taste great as well. I'll probably give in and try it one day. I also want to try to the potato. My husband ordered me an agua fresca once that was cucumber something, I can't remember, but it ended up having fresh strawberries in it too and I'm once again, allergic (I'm real fun) so he drank it and said it was really good. I will definitely keep going back.“

“Finally reviewing Smorgasburg! There's something for everyone here. For a price! At least parking is free for the first 2 hours or so. Walking in it's bustling with people and sometimes there is a line but there is coffee, drinks, lots of different cuisines, a photo op, craft vendors in the center, a beer garden, a row of vegan vendors toward the back, and desserts! The vendors go change out. Last I went there was a Thai gelato with a thin and crispy waffle cup. It took forever to make the waffle but it was so tasty. I also tried done vegan tacos, vegan cubano, and coconut water with fruit. It's nice to be able to get so many different types of thins in one place. Seating is hard to find because it gets crowded the later you go.“

“The 2024 Smorgasburg season kicked off today, 1/14/2024! While it is not close to me, I usually go at least once or twice a month. It's an ideal spot for outdoor dining with diverse culinary offerings, exploring distinctive shops, and soaking in a positive atmosphere.Smorgasburg LA is open every Sunday on the five-acre site of the weekday Alameda Produce Market in Downtown Los Angeles, which is part of a larger, new development called ROW DTLA.Each Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM, you will find dozens of exciting food vendors plus sophisticated shopping from the realms of design, craft, style, vintage, wellness, and more. Cultural events, pop-ups, and other surprises transform the vast site into a new node in Downtown LA's burgeoning scene, and a unique destination for the area.Today, I tried Pad See Ew from the Radna Silom vendor. In terms of rating for that, I want to give it 4.5 stars due to price and portion ($15+tax and not much on the plate). I remember it being larger before.Overall, it is a must-check out for various foodie options.Tip:-Free 2 hr parking-Take your food outside of the main space and sit in the main ROW area-Go with others to try many things“

“Keep in mind. This is a lunch truck. The food is good and served with good portions for the price. It's also located in the heart of East Los Angeles overlooking the famous El Pino up in the hill and near the famous El Mercadito de Los Angeles. Lacking in parking thoigh“

“A conglomerate of Guatemalan street food vendors located at the intersection of Bonnie Brae & 6th St. after 5pm. Parking will be the toughest thing to find but you may be able to test your luck at the Rite Aid/Food 4 Less plaza nearby. The food is pretty cheap but absolutely delicious! Pricing along all the vendors seem to be similar for the same type of foods and being able to speak Spanish is a big plusRecommend:- Garnachas (mini potato tamales)- Pollo y papa's fritas (fried chicken & fries)- Churrasco (grilled meats - notably the longaniza)Note: There is a lot of grilling & frying going on, so be prepared to have your clothes smelling like smoke after you leave.“

“I absolutely love this churro spot!! The churros are always fresh. It will not disappoint. I will say there is always a line but totally worth the wait. The service is great and everyone is really friendly. The ambiance is outdoors and is in a food truck. It's in between a bunch of street vendors so keep in mind when you try to find the place. Definitely check this out!!“
“The best tacos/burritos In NELA!! Might not be the most flashy spot but the flavor is out of this world. After every spot I've tried(out of state and country) this is by far the only place I HAVE to return to. The staff are all nice, courteous and lovely people and their portions are always a hook up too. Their salsas are a must if you're having their burritos as you have to dunk them in it for the full on experience. And for the homies traveling from far don't trip there's a dispensary 30 ft away and it's located in a hot spot for bar hopping if you're tryna enjoy this side of town. For the tourist and out of towners it might interest yall that Billie Eilish lives around the corner from here since that's a selling point for y'all. Don't forget to tip!“

“Good food, but kinda sloppy at the end of the night. They ran out of most of their food by 1030pm on a Friday night and only had tacos (tortillas). The green salsa was good and spicy, the red salsa was definitely fire! Tacos de Asada were delicious, but the meat was a bit dry. The horchata was watered down, but authentic. Very affordable and tasty, but maybe go earlier in your evening and not so late for variety availability on the menu. I would go back.Parking: The parking is quite awful. Unless you get lucky and find parking up close, you might have to park a block away like we did.“

“This place has amazing tacos! My personal favorites are the birria and al pastor. The tortillas are handmade which just make the tacos even more flavorful. This place even has tasty and spicy salsas. Overall this place is a 10/10. Better than any restaurant.“

“This food truck is one of my favorite mariscos in LA. Their fish ceviche is always fresh and delicious. I work a couple of blocks from them and I like to buy lunch there at least 3 times a week since I'm always trying to avoid eating fast food and It has helped me loose some weight overtime. I've tried almost all mariscos restaurants in the area and they (and their parents food truck) are the only one that have consistently fresh fish ceviche every time I go.“
“great food and service will be back“

“I almost don’t want to promote this place because it’s so good that I want to keep it to myself. That being said, Chef Francisco deserves all the praise he’s already received and more. The food here is one of the best example of fresh seafood you’ll find anywhere in California, let alone LA. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, with nice additions and twists to make it interesting. The shrimp aguachile is something I would gladly eat every day, but the fresa ceviche is a dish I will randomly think about. Order both and enjoy, but try to keep it somewhat of a secret, ok? ?“
“Wow el consomé está delicioso..! La barbacoa ni se diga!! Es para chuparse los dedos.!“

“While driving north bound on the I-5 decided to get off the road and look for some tacos so I took the Indian St exit in East Los and there they were right off the freeway at the a.m p.m. I'm glad I stop by cause the tacos here were bomb. The service was fast and friendly and they have a little seating area. I would highly recommend this taco stand if you're in the area.“
