Copied from my yelp review..... I'm only leaving 1 star because I have to. My family and I were traveling back to Sacramento from a weekend camping trip. We wanted to stop for food before betting back to town. We really wanted to try the new Popeyes Chicken sandwiches. Well we were so excited when we got there because they were in the middle of making them!! Yay right? Nope we got to the front and they refused to sell them to us because it wasn't 5 o'clock. We were only buying 2 sandwiches and it wasn't like they were "out of stock" like the sign on the door says. A young Hispanic girl came up after the very polite cashier said he would speak to someone in charge and blatantly said " just because were having this conversation doesn't mean I am going to sell you them" and she walked away rolling her eyes. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER experienced such disrespect from a 'professional. Needless to say we're still planning on buying food if they said no about the sandwiches but the way she treated us made us choose another establishment.

Popeyes in Fairfield, Ca is a flipping joke. Everyone is rude as heck and could care less about you and your order. I went for a chicken sandwich because of all the rave. Of course, they’re out of stock. Cool. I’m still find with their chicken. I go through the drive thru and I sit and wait and wait. No one in line in front of me. Not sure what I’m waiting for. Finally, my order is taken. Lady starts to say price and another lady talks over her asking what drink I would like. I respond and then wait again. Lady tells me price as if she’s annoyed with me for waiting. So I pull up and she tells me price, I give her my card. Window closes and I watch. She stands there at the register for quite a bit, opens window and asks what I ordered. (I’m confused because she already took my card to charge me.) I tell her and she closes the window on me. She stands there for quite a bit again and opens window to hand me my card, receipt and drink. Then practically throws my bag of food out at me and closes the window. Nothing said. I asked if this was everything at the same time but it was already too late and she walked away. I wanted sauces but I was so frustrated with my service I did not want to wait any longer.
