Jeff personally reached out and apologized for his staffs nonexistent customer service that day. He also offered to make it up and give me a free drink to redeem, I respectfully declined but I'm appreciative of a business owner who goes out of their way to make sure every visit is pleasant and up to par. I will raise my rating just because of his prompt response and wanting to fix things for me.
I've been going to this shop every day after school it's one of the fondest memories I have as I child the one problem I have always had is that the vanilla ice cream does not give off vanilla. I love all the drink but to get the perfect amount of vanilla I always have to ask for a scoop blended and a scoop on top and most of the time I don't have the energy nor the money for I have to drink a vanilla less boba. I love how the drink are all 6-7 dollars though.

I had the Okinawa milk tea, which was quite delicious in my opinion. I got 80% sweet on my tea, and it was quite sweet, so if you're looking for something not too sweet, choose half sweet or less. The service was friendly and they have quite a bit of space for seating.
