“Eat here just about once a week. It is an old school diner and a staple of hughson for probably 50+ years. Come as you are; nothing fancy. Farmers and car enthusiasts love this place. Coffee is always hot and the ice tea is always fresh. Bacon is next level. Same for the awesome gravy. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pancakes, hash browns, all outstanding. Ambiance? Weathered but very friendly folks. Come as you are. You will not be disappointed in the food.“

“Tri tip sandwich was delicious! Lots of meat, but still kind of a small sandwich for the price. $58 for three of us to eat, and we only had one sandwich each. No sides or drinks. I'd definitely go there again, but at this price, it has to be a special treat. Service was friendly and fast.“

“Very cute family friendly stop for using a nice clean restroom, letting the kids run off some.pent up energy from the car trip, and a great selection of delicious freshly home made pies, dessert, turnovers and freshly made with local fresh fruit homestyle baked goods. A huge selection of handmade jams and belly dried fruit fresh fruit , I really live this place it is a great place to stop if you have kids especially, there is a large plat area and a fairly large pond with beches and a gazebo arpund it and countlessturtles that come out of the waterand stack themselves on rocls to soak in the sun. Always clean restrooms and I have tried alot of the desserts and lived evey one. My favorite is the apple or apricot turnovers they are huge.“

“We enjoyed our lunch before a show at the Gallo. The service was kind without being overbearing. The food was delicious. They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy perfectly with gluten free bread. I had the tinned tuna that is served with THE most delicious whipped feta, pickled veggies, capers, and egg. Wonderful! And they had a gluten free dessert for me for my birthday that was melted chocolate on toast and whipped cream with sprinkles! Outstanding! I love this place.“

“Decided to check out this spot based on the positive reviews and they were all correct. The employee who greeted us was so kind! She went over the entire menu and explained everything to us. My favorite thing was the access to past holiday menus. I was able to get a delicious iced pumpkin latte in April and my husband ordered a hot white chocolate covered strawberry latte. They also had the cutest items like pens, earrings and post it notes that were all coffee themed. Would absolutely return!“

“I love the food, it never disappoints! The ladies are wonderful and this is one of my favorite places to eat. My top favs: chicken teriyaki sandwich, Tri-tip sandwich and the BBQ chicken wrap. “My first time trying out this location since they are not located in the Bay Area that I know of. Not a lot of coffee options or a big menu to choose from but I tried the pumpkin cream cold brew and it was good but nothing extraordinary. They have Red Bull energy drinks that sounded better“

You will no go away hungry and price...$12.99 is money well spent. Parking can be an issue but it's worth driving around the block to fine somewhere to park. Lot's to choose from off the menu.“

“Best coffee in the area. Having lived in bigger cities with lots of quality coffee shop options, it’s been hard to find something comparable when I’m in town visiting family. Finally found it. I got both a cortado and a cappuccino and both were excellent. The chocolate croissant was more of a pain au chocolate and not that flaky but the chocolate was good so not a huge deal. There are a few seats tables and a couch where you can chat and a counter where you can sit to work. It is pretty cozy. I went on weekday late morning and there were several seats open. Also offers outdoor seating.Updating to add that I've had the hazelnut beignet a few times now and it is so delicious!Dietary restrictions: There were gluten free pastries and vegan milk options.Parking: It’s in a small shopping center and there seemed to be available parking. I got a spot right at the door.“

Also often has food available and special activities planned throughout the week. Close to MJC and downtown. Definitely a good place to check out if you are in the area.“

We decided to order an iced Havana with oat milk and a clubhouse mocha. Both coffee drinks tasted good and service was quick and friendly.“
