Collage Coffee has what I like about an independent coffee shop: the storefront and interior design are fun and quirky, the barista, who also gives me the vibe of the owner, was chill and enjoyed talking with regulars, my flat white was decent, though too hot. Admittedly that was also one of the heat wave days.Overall, f this is a coffee shop in my neighborhood, I would happily come back.
The best coffee in Highland Park! Ran by the best people. Coffee well sourced and roasted and available for takeout. Make sure you check out the slightly hidden seating just a few steps from the shop!

I love it here and am here every day, barring travel or some catastrophe. The staff are friendly and the cappuccinos and lattes deeply flavorful, never bitter or burnt. Their pleasant little patio is a couple of doors to the west and down a stone path.Parking: You can actually park for free in the post office lot to the east, and otherwise street parking is easy to find, especially early in the day.
