It’s the same food quality and the building is exactly the same. I hope they don’t change anything from the ceiling to the walls because it will feel like a part of my childhood would leave. I’m upset because they close early now. I used to get a late night pizza before midnight on weekdays. Now they close at 930. I’m a very finicky eater and I tell anyone. If you want to get me food. We spilled a drink on the floor and Ismael was fast to move us to another table and clean the floor fast. We are sorry for that! That goes to show how they go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thanks to Ismael and the rest of the staff. My family and I will definitely pay the restaurant another visit! “I like to come to eat, it has a good atmosphere, fresh food, the only thing is that the music they have in the background is not good but I recommend it, depending on the day and time the least I have paid is 19 dollars and more 25 dollars. I don't know why they want you to keep the cutlery that they give you when you enter if there are plates and more clean cutlery on the tables.”

“I went to Plaza Mexico and was in the mood for Peruvian food. I saw many people seated at Big Chicken and had to try it out. There are many options for food at Plaza Mexico, but this is one of the only locations with a seating area in the downstairs section. The lomo saltado was very good and I would definitely recommend it for people not familiar with Peruvian food. My friend got the Tallarin Verde and she said it was really good. Their menu is pretty extensive , featuring ceviches and other traditional Peruvian dishes. They also give you complimentary chicken soup while you wait which I think is very nice of them. I definitely think it's worth visiting if you're in the area or simply just in the mood for some good Lomo Saltado.”

I'm happily driving that extra 2 miles, passing all the more popular coffee but in the end same time commitment once there's really no wait here. Great coffee, with all the milk options (whole, almond, oat, soy,..) kind attentive service, and plenty of pastry options. Plenty of seating, 2 large family tables with the seats and benches. Also some smaller cafe sized tables outside. Opens right at 8 AM. Located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking in the mornings.”

“Fish tacos 8/10 Beans 8/10 Rice 6/10 Green salsa 7.5/10 Red salsa 7.5/10 I ordered 3 fish tacos with beans & rice and a large pineapple aguasfresca. Total $22.05. Friendly service, fresh food. Patio is pretty standard, nothing fancy. I recommend and would come back next time I'm out this way.”

“Been coming to the Lynwood and other locations of Tierra Mia Coffee for quite some time now. I must say their hot horchata latte never disappoints, by far Tierra Mia Coffee makes the best horchata latte and I think this chain is way better than Starbucks! I also love the horchata cold brew on a hot summer day. I pretty much only get drinks because I am watching my weight so I don't get the bake goods, but trust me they look SO good. I only had the churro muffin once and it was okay, I bet if I warmed it up it would of tasted better; but I won't hold it against them. I will say the drive -thru the cars wrap around and the wait can seem long, so I tend to avoid the peak times and I always park and get out and I find this way is faster to get my hands on my horchata latte! Overall, the staff is pleasant and the store is inviting. Keep up the good work Tierra Mia Coffee! and Starbucks your going downhill.”

“A welcome retreat that I happened to stumble upon while going to an appointment at the adjoining lab tech. next door. Fantastic place. Highly recommend it. First thing I noticed was a Bible on the table and I all one of the girls there, I say " do you know what's wrong with that Bible sitting on the table there?" She kind of glances at it, and I tell her that "it's never been opened!" After was sitting there and wonderful lady came over and asked me if things were alright and if I needed some water. We spoke briefly, then she asked if she could pay with me. Do she prayed with me and introduced me to the rest of her family. How very nice indeed. Thank you all so much... It totally made my whole day...Highly recommended. Again... Thanks and God bless you all...g~”

“Kind employees and good drinks! The vibe is very calm and definitely a nice place to study. I recommend the soy matcha, taro milk tea, and sunset passion(unsure if that's the actual name). They have boba as well, but I haven't ordered it myself just yet.I don't know if it was just my luck, but a good portion of their outlets weren't working properly today, so if you have a device that needs to be charged often, you might run into a problem. This is the only reason I'm rating 4/5, since I had to go around the cafe trying to find a working port even after I was told the outlets worked.Dietary restrictions: They have milk alternatives for those sensitive to milk/dairy! ?”

You can't get a free cup of water. There was a couple that was very friendly to me. Bartender Yesenia was nice and very pretty.”

If there are people ahead, it usually takes a minute to get your order. Calling in your order is highly recommended. It is also cash only and the parking is very limited and there are only a few benches for outdoor seating and no restrooms. Despite a few unappealing elements, this place is always packed. It's definitely a must try.Parking: It's mostly street parking and it's very limited. This place is located where a street splits into a 3 way, so it's in that small patch in between, not on the length of a whole street. They have about 3 parking spots off to one side of their building, but that's about it.”

My daughter ordered the asada fries. I said damn, they look bomb can I taste some? She said of course mom. And I did, I ate some and some more. Forgot about my burrito. These asada fries were amazing. I'm not exaggerating but where I stay at (Pomona) I have not tasted asada fries, well I have. But not quite like these. No joke, these were delicious ?! We need Lucy's out there in IE area. Cause it's a bit far to travel out this way just for some asada fries. But for these here I will. I will definitely be back!!!!”

I used to come here often as a little kid when the stand used to be filled with all sorts of candies and there were always lots of people. Lately it looks very lonely and abandoned which is unfortunate. If you are ever in the area I recommend you go here for the mini donuts and the smoothies, some of the best I've had! The bag is a dozen for 3.99$, to me it is worth it.”

They have burgers, breakfast, Mexican food, a pastrami menu, and an American classic like their Tuna Melt. We've just begun to explore the menu, and so far, everything has been great. The portions are generous, the meat is good quality and fresh, and the prices are reasonable. The food does take a while to come out, but you can really tell it's well made. Even the chicken in their quesadillas taste freshly fire grilled. Definitely worth a try if in the area.”
