“Such good vibes at this small town establishment. They have great staff, host live bands & have the cutest rustic back yard patio area & artsy stage setting for the awesome musicians they host. There's a rug in front of the stage for folks that want to dance and kids that want to play. They have a small but excellent selection of yummy food & and quite a few nice rotating brews on tap. You will love the feel of this place. And they're dog friendly & very down to earth here! Intimate setting. Met the owners and they're such lovely humans. Highly recommend!“

“The staff here greeted us with a big smile & some hilarious commentary, while they gave us guidance on their menu items. The Bacon & Beat sandwich and the Chicken Zataar sandwhiches are both huuuge and filled with delicious/fresh ingredients (including love!) High recommend their "Tonic Latte," which includes ginger & tumeric. Yum! Super cute and inclusive on the inside as well!“
“A very cool spot that carries a variety of brands of delicious wine. Our hostess was gracious and offered great suggestions which we ended up purchasing which waived the $15 tasting fee per person. On a great strip and just across the street there's a charcuterie place where you can pick up some meats, cheese, jams, crackers, etc.“

“During our two days stay in Mariposa near the Yosemite National Park we decided to eat at the 1850 two times because the first visit was such a good experience. The burgers were really good and large and the dinner overall was extraordinary. The restaurant is definitely a must visit. Thank you!“

“This place is AWESOME! Family owned and operated. Our breakfast was so good we came back for dinner. The best chili I think I have had. It was so well balanced! I had it on my cheese omelet for breakfast and on my HUGE baked potato for dinner. ? ?? My husband had the scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy. They were very tasty also! You'd better be hungry because they serve very large portions...easily shareable.“

“We had an appetizer, 2 ramen bowls, a softdrink, a beer, and 3 glasses of wine. The ramen are good. The broth is thick and very tasty. The ramen were not my favorite (I like udon), but tasty however. The wine that is served is really good. We had the zinfandel first which was really tastefull. It was a sundayevening, and the owner opened 2 new bottles for us to taste local wines. The wines were amazing. We really enjoyed our time at this place. The building is an authentic 19th century building. The owner will tell you about it if you ask.Really great place, good noodles and amazing wine.“

“Fantastic options and we had delicious tender pork chops and out of this world eggplant dinners. Both were huge portions and picture worthy presentations! Would highly recommend dining here. Thank you for such a wonderful, tasty dinner!“

“Amazing burgers and salads, it's been half a year since I visited and I'm writing this review largely cause I still think about that meal haha. I don't necessarily eat too many burgers, but easily the best burger I've had.Really great food for what is essentially a captive audience in Mariposa. Definitely a must visit in my book for future Yosemite trips.“
