Ordered 2 pizzas online for pickup. Waited til about halfway through the expected pick up time before I headed to the location to just wait in the parking lot. After the order ready time I went inside to get my pizzas and they said that they were really busy and it would be about another 10 minutes. That’s fine, I completely understand places being busy and having to wait a little bit of extra time. So I waited, saw a couple of other people walk in, get their order, and leave during this time as well as a delivery go out. Went back in for my pizza to which I was told it would be another 15 minutes. By this time I’m getting a little annoyed. As I’m sitting in my car I can see several employees just standing around doing nothing, this will make sense as to why it’s important, and still I waited because I’ve already paid for it at this point. Finally after 20 minutes, and several more people leaving with their pizzas as well as a couple more deliveries going out, I go back inside to which the employee informed that there was a mishap on their part where they kept skipping over and overlooking my ticket, so my pizzas had never ever been made! Are you serious?! So the entire hour I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for my food and I’ve watched the employees stand in the same spot doing nothing, you’ve overlooked my ticket?! I was beyond pissed. I’m not going to sit here and say that I felt like I was entitled to anything, but some kind of compensation would’ve been nice. Like a free dessert, or a soda, something! All I got was a well at least it’ll be really fresh from the guy working the front. Naw you think?! That’s what it’s supposed to be irregardless. I would highly suggest whoever does the hiring and firing to get some better employees, or retrain the staff they have on customer service and their job responsibilities because they obviously don’t know it. Buy your pizzas from a different location if you like dominos because the service here sucks!
