I arrived at this McDonald’s at 7:30am, I ordered a sausage McMuffin (no egg) and a drink for dine in. I sat down started reading the paper and didn’t pay attention to the time. My stomach started growling I looked at my receipt and realized I hadn’t received my food. I looked at the time and it was 30 minutes later. I went up to the counter and asked about my food, they apologized about the mixup and gave me my sandwich. I took one bite and it was cold, that McMuffin sat there for thirty minutes getting cold and was served to me. This store is pathetic.

We went there to get our usual dinner like always, but today we were going to get a treat & get desert but after what we seen happen forget it! There was a crew member who was carrying 3 packages of cookies and right before he got to the cookie display. He dropped them on the floor and picked them up and put them in the cookie display. I thought if you drop something on the floor you’re supposed to put them in the garbage but he did not. He picked them right off the floor and put them in the display, about 10-15 minutes later, they sold those dirty cookies that fell on the floor to a customer. I called the store to notify the manager. He did nothing about it. He didn’t care. The manager was too busy gossiping with everybody in the store. The workers are too busy gossiping to care that they sold dirty cookies that fell on the floor to a customer and makes me wonder if they don’t drop the food on the floor in the back when they make the food and pick it up and serve it to the customers I will not be returning ever back to this McDonald’s they have lost our business permanently I will be contacting corporate office to let them know how they drop food on the floor to serve it to the customers
