The omekase leaves you full, the every single dish (including the nigiri) have several depths of flavor leaving you with every bite tasting different than the last. The nigiri pieces are a good size. I recommend getting the black sesame ice cream to finish your meal.The omekase also has optical sake pairing. My dad absolutely loved it. The somelia was extremely nice and knowledgeable and was able to answer all his questions.My only disappointment is that the tea was ridiculously weak. It was so weak I don't think any person would be able to reasonably differentiate it between hot water in a blind test. Do not get the tea unless they literally quadruple the amount they use. Seriously it is that weak.Overall the place is a small, upscale place with excellent ambiance and atmosphere, very friendly staff and some of the best fish you can get flown in directly from the Japan. “I'm rating this place so high because I think they deserve a better rating. I typically go here for the spicy popcorn chicken and a large milk tea with boba, to go. And as far as meeting the quota goes, they do it better than most places I've been to -- a fair balance between price and quality. Plus, pretty much all boba places that also serve popcorn chicken I've been to don't serve milk tea in that size! They have a sign that says "cash only" but that's only referring to their counter orders as opposed to their tablet orders -- so don't get confused by that. I definitely want to come back in the near future, although they close fairly early.“

“Called on a Friday night and they happened to have a table for 5 available! Overall a very authentic experience - the hot pot flavors and ingredients are exactly what you would get in China (not Americanized at all). They also had a free sauce station which included side dishes! Like chicken feet. This also means the broth is quite spicy, as in "mild" is quite spicy already. We had a great time, and everything was delicious (except the tripe was not very fresh), and we finished the meal with free soft serve ice cream!“

“My family and I have been working in Mountain View just around the corner from Veggie Garden for 20 years and I have JUST found this wonderful restaurant a few weeks ago. I can't believe I've missed out on this amazing food for so long. For starters, the menu is huge! And also, the prices are great! “This place is Amazing! The food and drinks (wine) was fresh! They had truffle popcorn and charcuterie boards which is very Upscale if you know your foods! The price was awesome and very reasonable. The owner (Manuel Vasquez) and his staff was very hospitable. I will stop in everytime I am in California. I'm from Michigan and we need more Wine Bar's here. I love how it's crispy fresh on the outside and delightful on the inside ?. I love and enjoyed the grilled pork Bahn mi so much, it wasn't over flavored, the meat was tender and just right with a combination of light spice from the fresh jalapeño mixed in with cilantro and the pickled veggies, mouth is watering again ?. “Ok so you need to preorder, at least on fridays. This is Mexican Salvadorian (sp?) spot. And the local offices or ? seem to order for the office so the little kitchen gets overwhelmed. The Papusas are legit, the Chile Relleno is friggin a meal by itself. Everything is well made to order like someone would make you in their home. Go visit and bring your appetite. Your welcome!“

“AH-MAZING experience, from the moment we started walking in up through the end without ceasing until we left. The owner was in such a great mood he was singing (very well). He was friendly, happy, and it was infectious. I ordered the Pollo Niko and an Italian Soda The chicken and the sauce was delicious, rich and creamy. The mashed potatoes were excellent. “Our group of 8 went there last night for dinner. Since it was Saturday night at 8pm, there were lots of people waiting. But after half an hour wait, we got a table. Both hot pot and barbecue included is only $37 per person. It is the same price as any other AYCE out there but it was real fast service and perfect food I've ever had.The food got to the table not even a minute late after we ordered! It is super duper fast service in the world!! You can also get free egg and korean kimchi at the sauce counter. You don't need to order them seperately. It is totally amazing. There are so many meat, vegetables, sea food and even dumplings, all included in AYCE. You can also order as many as ice creams when you finish. I really appreciate its employees' hard work. On the pricier side for the service and the ambiance, as it was $40 on average per person. ~Dishes~ Really liked 1) Sake harami nitsuke braised salmon belly in soy-sake sauce - A solid favorite for all. 2) Tako salad (octopus) - All of us liked it, dressing was divine 3) Gindara munieru (pan fried cod with plum-garlic sauce) - 2 of us thought this was a great dish, one of us thought the sauce was too sour. 4) Kamo yuzu (grilled duck with tomato-yuzu-pepper salsa) - Unique, most of us liked it 5) Age nasu tofu (fried eggplant and tofu) - Delicious, soft silky tofu. Not our favorites 1) Mushroom tempura - All of us agreed it was a disappointment. We wanted more mushroom flavor out of it, but truthfully it did not taste like anything. They had matcha salt on the side (we think it was matcha salt) but that didn't really help either unfortunately. 2) Mentaiko fushion pizza (spicy cod roe, snow crab, mushrooms & bacon) - All of us agreed it was a disappointment. It was cheesier than expected. It had very little cod roe (we could not taste it) and there was only scattered bacon. The flavors did not meld as well together as we hoped for. No one in our group of 4 would recommend this dish. We had to place sauce on it to make it more flavorful.“

“I've been meaning to try this place for a while after hearing good things about it. The interior is nice and cozy for a casual restaurant. There was a fairly short line to order at 7PM on a Saturday night. I think we waited for five minutes. You order first, get a number for your table, and can choose to sit anywhere that's available inside or out. We got the Tuscany crepe with potatoes and the bombay crepe with fries. Each savory crepe came with salad as well. The salad was good and I liked the vinaigrette. The Tuscany crepe was well stuffed. If I'm being really picky, there maybe was just a bit too much pesto in it. The potatoes and fries were good. The portion size of the crepe matched the price. There were a lot of servers around so it was easy to flag one down if you needed anything. Overall, really good!“

“i wasn't the biggest fan the first time i came here, but then i came with some coworkers who REALLY like this place and come here every time during on-sites - i tried what they liked (chicken schnitzel pita) and really liked it. we also ordered sweet potato fries for the table and i enjoyed that as well. i might've just not ordered the right dish the first time around -- i got the oren's fattoush salad and shared some of the classic hummus. i've only ever come for lunch on fridays and there's never been a wait, even with a party of 8. i think it's a popular spot for corporate meals in general - my coworkers said that there's something for everyone (dietary restrictions!).“

“Absolute 360 degree turnaround in my review today. I was most dissappointed when my reservation was overlooked and there was no table waiting 16 of us when we reached. They had given away our table! But after about 15 minutes they did accommodate us. In the meantimw our grouo increased to 24 as some of our children decided to join. It was a friday evening and the staff was able to accommodate us. They were very nice and the tall waiter who served us was especially kind. We had a great evening and wjll come again.
