Dear Jack in the Box on Trancas Ave in Napa, We had a terrible earthquake this morning. Hours later, when it was finally light, my daughter and I looked at our trashed home, we decided we needed food and coffee before we could begin the clean up. We had no power and decided to drive somewhere, anywhere, to find food and coffee. The problem was that the power outage and damage extended far beyond our neighborhood, but throughout the city of Napa. Every store, gas station, retailer was closed, many blocked off with yellow security tape. Then, I spotted your restaurant...open...and turned in. A Jack in the Box employee was letting the people in the line of cars know, they only had coffee. For no charge, with cream and sugar and a smile! Your business was damaged too, and in the middle of clean up. Whoever had the idea to provide this service, is my hero for the day! Thank you so much. Katrena Edman
