Honestly the most appalling customer service that one could experience. Tonight, I ordered 3 pizzas from Mountain Mikes for delivery, costing me just a little more than a hundred dollars. Delivery time was quoted 55 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half with no pizza I called the store. I was placed on hold because understandably, the store was busy. But what I didn't understand was why it had been an hour and a half, and my pizza was still at the store. They said that there was a shortage of delivery drivers and they were unsure when my pizza would be delivered. Not one time was I offered an apology. My husband went to pick up our cold pizza and again not one apology. They charged me full price for cold pizza that I had to pick up an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. There are way too many other good pizza places in this town. Steer clear of this place, save yourself the headache. I will never be returning to this establishment and suggest that you don't either! Horrible experience!
