“I got the green aguachiles & shrimp ceviche on top of the Doritos. Omg were they both great!I had been on a kick all week for ceviche and I finished the whole tray of ceviche to myself. I did not expect to find this food truck at a auto shop parking lot. I suggest parking in the plaza next to it right by the light and walking over. I arrived to order at lunch time & they were still really quick about 15 mins. Definitely will be back & have told all my friends to go as well!“

“We had Sushi Bullet as our sole caterer for our Christmas party. The format was to have each person order what they wanted individually and then come and go as we're hungry. The sushi and poke were tasty, and came out in a timely manner. Since they were catering for us, we were also able to talk after and during service hours. It wasn't a brown nosing or sucking up conversation, it was like we were talking with friends. They were open to suggestions and criticism, friendly, polite, and down to earth. I'm happy they were our caterer and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.“

“Always feel safe coming to get food here I know in LA it’s a big concern for many people they always choose good locations. Food is amazing always cooked to literal perfection or as close as possible because we are human. All around I have always had a good buying and picking up experience with this food truck chain I applaud their seasoning and salute the chef because I tried to replicate their fried rice n I still can’t figure out how they make it so tasty! Will be there later tonight!“

“Want to impress LA visitors? Take them here for the shrimp tacos that will take them to Mars. They are out of this world delicious. Not a lot of seating. Service is super quick, and we decided to take it to-go, which they packed up very well (appreciated the cut corner in the styrofoam box). From Boyle Heights to Santa Monica, the crispy shrimp tacos maintained its crunch. Beware. This is the type of spot you're going to start craving for.“

“The food is great but be aware that it is a bit on the over priced side. Service is ok, needs some improvement as the cashier taking our order was somewhat confused about the menu or she could have been new. Over all the ambience is great, it gets busy at times and seating is limited. I definitely recommend it though.“

“Stopped by on Saturday and so glad i did, my first time eating here and the recommendation by the staff was to try their specialty, it was amazing and i cannot wait until my next trip to LA to eat here again, if you are in LA do not pass on this truck.“
