“Want to impress LA visitors? Take them here for the shrimp tacos that will take them to Mars. They are out of this world delicious. Not a lot of seating. Service is super quick, and we decided to take it to-go, which they packed up very well (appreciated the cut corner in the styrofoam box). From Boyle Heights to Santa Monica, the crispy shrimp tacos maintained its crunch. Beware. This is the type of spot you're going to start craving for.“

Service is ok, needs some improvement as the cashier taking our order was somewhat confused about the menu or she could have been new. “Family owned and operated truck located in Boyle Heights / East LA area that specializes in tacos arabes and goodies from Puebla in general. The tacos arabes were a result of Lebanese immigrants to the area and boy are they delicious. I came here later on a Thursday night so it wasn't very busy and it was pretty chill. Just a few other people around me. The folks here were friendly and helpful. I ordered:A taco arabe especiale- their signature taco with their marinated roast pork on this soft flower tortilla. This was topped Oaxacan cheese and slices of avocado (especiale). There was this chipotle sauce on top of everything. The sauce added some smokiness to an already great flavor and texture profile. I really liked that flour tortilla. Quesadilla de flor de calabaza - zucchini blossoms with melted Oaxacan cheese inside a blue corn tortilla. Love corn and I love this. Nice and chewy with earthy and slightly sweet flavors to go along with their delicious salsaDefinitely recommend for tacos/ quesadillas etc etc or if you are just in the mood for something a little different.“

“This place is pretty awesome. Tons of different kinds of crazy good food. I got the cookies, the shrimp skewers, Thai fried chicken, and mango sticky rice ice cream. Takes a while to wait in line but totally worth it. Also the DJ there is pretty good as well so you have decent tunes to listen to while you wait for the vendors. Rest of the mall area is pretty chill lots of thrift and high end clothing stores“

“Hands down, the best, best birria tacos I've ever had!!I've been eyeing this taco truck for the longest time when I was looking for birria tacos. I missed the chance to go from the last time I came by. Many other taco vendors also recommend this truck for goat birria tacos.We got some goat birria quesatacos, labio taco dorados, which were lips, asada vampiro, and of course, gotta get consome. Not many places have goat birria, and most of the time, they tend to be too dry. Those quesatacos were super tender, juicy, cheesy, and packed with tons of spices and flavors. Dipping in the beefy, hardy consome, game over. I've never seen beef lips before, so I gotta give a try. It got the texture of beef tongue, also quite delicious. Like any other taco trucks and vendors, service is always impeccable. Everyone is very friendly and supportive to other vendors. I said it once, and I'm gonna say it again. The best birria tacos!!!“

“Been coming to this place for years at least twice a month. The tortas never disappoint. I've placed phone orders and they never get it wrong unlike other places. Their customer service is good. In my opinion, it's the best tortas in Los Angeles. However, my only critique is the fact that they are extremely stingy with the napkins and even worse, with the salsa. They give 2 napkins and 1 salsa per torta. If you ask them for more salsa they charge extra. Apart from this, they only accept cash. We are in 2024 they should be accepting card or at least Zelle/Cashapp. All that being said, I'm still a loyal costumer who will keep enjoying these delicious tortas but that wants more napkins and salsa lol“

“This is my first time coming back this tacos stand in over 7 years and this place did not disappoint at all, the tortillas are handmade store is delicious I like that they have a limited amount of meats meaning that whatever you get, will be delicious. People working they provide friendly and fast service. Location is as it should be for street tacos, it's just adds more to the ambience and experience of street tacos 10/10.“

They have a good variety of items and meats, but I would say they are most known for their al pastor (marinated, spit-roasted pork that is usually served with a slice/ chunk of pineapple). The service here is pretty efficient since they have to be - there's almost always a line. The vibe: depending on the time of day or night you come, it's usually a mixed group of people wanting to try this spot, people eating after a drinking session, or just people looking for decently priced tacos. One of the times I was here, I was standing behind Dante Basco (Rufio!), haha. Usually a fun vibe for sure. My usual here is two tacos (typically the al pastor) and a mulita. It used to be that there was a toppings and salsa bar where you would dress up your food. Not sure if it's because of the pandemic or people taking advantage and taking too much stuff home, you now have to go to a separate window to ask for the toppings and salsa and they're individually packaged. I definitely think this place is worth going for the al pastor. I myself have been here multiple times. Parking can be tough, but if you are going during the week there's usually parking along the street facing south on LA Brea right around the corner. Just be careful though as it is a relatively high traffic area and some people seem to drive recklessly in this area.“

“This is an amazing coffee shop. Their coffee is amazing the pastries are as well I usually get Spanish iced latte with the almond croissant. Also and iced Coquito con crema is another favorite and an iced Abuelita latte highly recommend . Their customer service is wonderful . We usually do drive-through, but there’s times where it’s nice to get off and enjoy it there. Such a great spot for a caffeine pick me up ?“

“Nice little casual place to grab a bite. You order your food at the food truck window and can go into a separate building to sit down. Tacos were tasty and the best part was having different topping options, a couple salsas, pickled onions, Cilantro, Radish, cucumber etc. We were on our way from Orange County up to the Bay Area and wanted to eat quickly to keep driving. Glad we stopped here as it was really close off the freeway.Carne asada and al pastor tacos were delicious. Also tried the suadero but they weren't really my thing. Would come again!“

“I stay eating in East Los Angeles because it's my hometown and hands down we have some f the best food ever. My husband and I love Mariscos. We're always willing to try new places. This lunch truck so happens to park by my house. We were hungry and wanted something refreshing and Maye Mariscos was our pick. The lady was very nice and they had a line of people. We knew it was good when people we're ordering for the next day already. She has a very good variety of things. They had so many different tostadas, their tacos were so good. I got the camarones en salsa negra and a taco de pescado. My husband had the aguachiles verde and a tostada mixta. Everything we got was delicious we definitely made a great choice by coming. The location is a lunch truck there are chairs and a little table where you can sit and eat your food. They also have take-out and they're there every day as far as I'm aware. “This has to be the best ceviche I've ever had. They serve it on a food truck and they have some seats by the truck to enjoy your food. Now you're thinking theres no way the food is fresh if its served on a truck. Well the quality and textures here are 5 stars. My friends and I ordered the Tacos de Camaron, Poseidon and Mixta. The octopus and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Not too chewy and the combination of citrus with their house made salsa were perfect. Between the 4 of us this was plenty of food. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. Wait times can be long, but well worth it. Theres a big parking lot across the street and plenty of street parking around the corner. I would recommend eating right away as the food can get soggy.“
