“Welcome to the valley, Teaspoon! This cute little boba shop is hidden in the corner of the busy plaza next to USPS postal office and Amazon grocery. They have an interesting drinks selection outside of the typical flavors. I've tried many different flavors but my favorites are Roasted Oolong Tea (w/ house cream) , Genmiacha Green Tea (w/ house cream), Ladybug (passion fruit), and Guava Sunset. I usually get all the drinks less sweet (50%), but sometimes the sweetness consistency isn't there so 75% may be a safer option. Initially I also really enjoyed their boba but lately the texture has been off so I haven't been ordering it.. Highly recommend to download their phone app and order pick up. You can get points towards future orders and save on time. It does take awhile for them to make the orders. Overall, I really like Teaspoon and I'm here at least once a week!“

“Extremely long of a wait.. they don’t take phone reservations, so we literally got there over an hour early to put our name down for a party of 4, and waited still that full hour, and an additional 44 mins!Luckily we got there early and decided to wait— because we had family visiting and wanted them to try it out.Food is great. Out server was super nice and attentive. Such an overly crowded spot though. You’d think they’d expand it a bit by serving people outside in those smaller tables. But no, everyone just waits. I feel like there’s more people waiting than the people sitting inside.“

“Great place for date night or out with friends. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about their menu and even suggested some specials we weren't aware of. The drinks were great, I had a yuzu margarita and my husband had a whiskey neat. We ordered a variety of food like salad, filet mignon, their specialty sashimi, and some nigiro. The fish was incredibly fresh and the steak was melt in your mouth! Definitely will be back.“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“First timer here, our kids live in SO and sometimes we need to pick up our own lunch before heading over to their house. We wanted to try something new and we're having a hard time finding some places closed on Sundays. This pooped up on YELP and had good reviews and was in a reasonable range from their home. And who doesn't love a good bagel?!!! We arrived and found street parking, seemed like a good sign on Ventura. When you step in it is a bit confusing on who's ordered and who is waiting to pick up their food. But once we got in the right line we ordered fairly quickly, and I needed help with the ordering being a newbie. The clerk was super patient and very helpful, which I really appreciated. We waited about 10-ish minutes for our sandwiches to be made, as they have a large crew working away behind the counter. There's nowhere inside to actually eat, so I guess it's basically take-away? When we got back to the house and opened our boxes we could see how huge these sandwiches were and honestly I bet my husband and could have probably shared one, I definitely couldn't finish mine. But it was super delicious and those salted cucumbers so crisp really added a nice extra layer to the sandwich. I would definitely go back here, especially since we come down to LA multiple times a year, maybe we will order ahead next time so to just pick-up ready.“

“I wanted to try a new coffee shop and came upon Jesse's Grind Coffee Bar and the reviews were so positive I decided to give it a try. I ordered the dirty horchata latte with whole milk and it was really good! The staff were really friendly as well and were so fast at making drinks as it was pretty busy. I definitely want to come back and try a coffee flight as I think that's such a cool idea and I love coffee. The shop is small but has a cute sitting area which I will definitely enjoy when I revisit to try more flavors.“

“We hired LA's Crepes as a vendor for our wedding in September 2022 and they were AMAZING! They had the most delicious crepes l've ever had and I loved the variety of their menu for our event. They were the perfect surprise and treat for our guests; everyone couldn't stop talking about them after our wedding! I would definitely hire them again and recommend anyone who is looking for a way to elevate your event with some delicious food to hire them. They were on time, friendly, and very easy to work with - they even made a custom powdered sugar design to top the crepes for us!“

With each visit, I’m always greeted kindly and treated like family by the staff, and they show a lot of patience with my annoying requests. They serve the freshest fish, and they offer something I’ve never seen at other poke locations, which is the sweet salmon. That has easily become a go-to protein selection for me. Vincenzos is too much crust and too greasy in the middle. Toppers is way too expensive and our order was never accurate. The Road is close by, the food is delicious and they have great prices. “Very cute hip coffee shop. Baristas were friendly and we enjoyed our drinks. My husband got a passion fruit tea and I got an ice Toffee Nut Latte with cold foam. At first it wasn't as sweet as my normal pref (I'd consider myself "standard sweet level" person). I'm a Vanilla Latte (w/ cinnamon occasionally) or espresso strength coffee type if gal. This Latte was good. I would def get it again but would try another flavor next time. Wish they had a location in NorCal, but I'll just make sure we stop by again next time! We love their coffee and even bought a bag to go! The House Blend us yummy, but we got Espresso Roast this time! (Haven't tried yet, but I'm confident we'll like it!)“

This place is also a wait on weekends so can be very crowded.Waffles are so tasty. I can only eat one to two squares depending on if I am eating anything else. I had the corned beef breakfast with a half waffle (she heard me wrong). I got to keep my toast and hash browns but I still got my waffle. I also ordered fruit with all berries. Which, btw, is worth the extra $1 they charge (server told me ahead of time).Everything came out hot and pleasing to the eye. “Bomb ? af.... Most boba nowadays isn't with the price. You don't get many bubbles & the cups are short. Teaspoon is just the opposite! HUGE CUPS with perfectly squishy boba in it! I got theist traditional black tea boba with a shot of nitro cold brew. It's truly one of the best boba drinks I've ever had in life, and that's saying a whole lot! Very clean atmosphere as well with beautiful decor & nice staff. I highly recommend!“

“We found this place on the way home from work and it did not disappoint at all. It was taco Tuesday so it was pretty busy but all definitely worth the wait. We got tacos de carnitas mixed with cueritos on hand made tortillas , costillas with salsa roja , and menudo. The menudo was super hot and so good it definitely satisfied the craving, it was probably my favorite thing , but everything was honestly worth ordering again. Besides the great food the customer service is the best I've ever seen at any small business. So happy I found this spot and so close to home.“
