You will not be disappointed with the brisket sandwich. I lived in Memphis for 8 years and worked at a bbq restaurant for 3 smoking meats. This brisket was cooked to perfection, but this is the thing when I ordered I was not asked if you would like anything on the sandwich and I was too busy to remember to ask to have coleslaw put on top. I like this place! Chill and yummy every time. Tried the gaucho sandwich today and the brisket was great. I saved half so I would have room to try their desserts for the first time. That is some darn good bread pudding!
