“Awesome food. Service was friendly but lacking. I think they need more servers.Came here on Mothers Day. Sadly took way too long to get our drinks. (30plus minutes) and they ran out of two of their four main course offerings. Bummer. Thankfully our kind waitress tried extra hard to get my daughter something she would enjoy being hers and my husbands and her choices were not available.The ambiance is beautiful inside and out. Food was outstanding so made up for the missteps.Would come again. Hoping service and offerings will be stellar next time. :).”

“I live on the east bay but work in the peninsula. Was craving birra tacos and found them on yelp. My husband has food allergies but was willing to try the chicken soft tacos. I brought everything home across the 92. He didn't have an allergic reaction! He loved them so much, he asked me to buy them again afterwards work the next day! The birra tacos were delicious as well! The consume (dipping) is really good! Everything was wrapped nicely and still warm by the time I got home. The second day I tried a chicken burrito and that was delicious as well! I highly recommend!”

“I came here on a Thursday afternoon (~12 PM) and stayed here for a few hours to do work on my laptop. The place is relatively spacious with comfortable seats and outlets. Throughout my time there, the place was almost always completely empty. Because I was one of the only people there, the barista brought my drink right to the table I was sitting at, which was very kind. Though the name suggests they are a coffee shop, I was surprised to see the big menu at the front was for boba. I asked the cashier for the coffee menu and they had it on the back of a smaller menu at the counter. I ordered a hot chai latte. It was a big too sweet for my taste, but nonetheless quite good. This would be a great place to come to on the weekends when other coffee shops are usually full/crowded. Great place to sit and relax!”

“tl;dr: Very solid standard Mediterranean food. Come before noon on weFinally was able to try this place. Came at opening around 11 and the place was empty. By noon, there was a long line so keep that in mind! Nice outdoor space in the front and back. You order online and then they bring out the food. Self service water, hot tea, utensils and to go boxes. Cauliflower: Massive portion and well cooked. Would order again. Halloumi rolls: If fried cheese is your thing, then would recommend. The spiced honey was a nice touch. Street wrap with falafel: Falafel was delicious. Chicken schwarma plate: comes with two sides. Ordered the baba ganoush (yummy) and roasted potatoes (just ok). Pretty large portions. Mint lemonade: Sweet and tart! Mint flavors really come through.”

There is a front and back entrance and pickup is on the left side of the front entrance when you walk in about halfway through the restaurant. (Saw many people confused by this) They have many dishes that are classic takeaway options. We didn't try anything too spicy but will have to when I return. We ordered the double mushroom chicken, veggie and brown rice fried rice, pan fried pork dumplings, and scallion pancakes( who doesn't love fried dough?) . Everything was tasty and as expected. This may be become a regular takeaway spot if I'm in rwc!”

“I love places like this. This is a small mom and pop shop, with a old school sign, no frills, and the food speaks for itself. I wasn't really sure what to eat today, but was in the area and did some searching on what was available. I've seen this place come up before on my searches, but don't think it was open at the time. It's tucked away in a small shopping center near Dunkin which I've driven by many times, but easy to miss. Not a lot of parking, but luckily I came early. Just a heads up, it's currently take out only which is surprising. I thought most places opened back up indoor dining, but to be honest, I'm not sure if this place every really offered it. It's pretty small inside, maybe room for a few tables if they wanted to, but being take out only doesn't bother me. I took the photo in the car, but ended up waiting to get home to try it other than sneaking a tonkotsu piece while hot to get a good feel for the texture in case the container steamed it. I was greeted by a friendly women who I asked about what to get. I am not a picky eater at all and willing to try anything that the staff recommends as their favorite. She suggested the Bento box which was what I was considering (other than the omurice, but wasn't available. I only chose the Sashimi option since the pictures looked fairly good, but she recommended the pork tonkatsu and the teriyaki salmon (which is something I would never really order). The order also came with a side salad which isn't in the photo. The Pork tonkatsu has a light breading with a slight crispiness too it. it wasn't greasy at all and had some good flavor especially mixed with the katsu sauce. The sauce was tangy and not too sweet. The sashimi came with 2 pieces of salmon, tuna, and i believe the 3rd was mackerel. For a non sushi spot and bento box item, it was pretty good. It was a $2 upcharge and something I would get again for sure. The Salmon teriyaki, as mentioned before, is not something I ever would order, but was glad I did. It was flaky, tender, and moist. The sauce was a nice complement to it. I'm glad I found this little place and hope to come back again when I'm in the area. They don't have a large window for being open since they close between lunch and dinner, but for a small place with very few staff, I get being closed when it's not busy. $21 for a 3 item bento with sashimi is a great deal considering the prices on everything else.”

“I have gotten this a few times for meetings and via DoorDash. The food is phenomenal!!! Absolute burst and melody of flavors. I love their Gringa (al pastor quesadilla) and tacos (cochinita and asada with pineapple). The meat is always tender, the pickled red onions were flavorful and rich with zing, and the portions are perfect. I look forward to going to their food truck to try much more of their food!”

Either one park at nearby capelo's which has excellent bbq or keep the blinkers on and park in front of the building.vThe purple rice dumplings are cheap, good quality and authentic. Due to working nearby, I have frequented this establishment and my order has always been correct. The food here, at least for me, always comes out hot and fresh. This is especially apparent when I order the Nacho Fries or Fiesta Potatoes, which often comes out cold and stale at other locations. While this review may have been written after some herbal influence, I honestly do feel that this place is one of the better Taco Bell locations.”

“I actually like The Habit. We have been there a number of times in Redwood City. Except for a time when we went in and tried to use the Kiosk they now have setup, all is usually as good as expected. I will not use the kiosks again. There were problems with the order and the cashiers could not help because we used the kiosk. The food is good though. “I've been going to Sodinis bar to sing karaoke with friends and family for a few years now. I was there this past December celebrating my birthday. I've had a pretty good time whenever I've gone there. The bartenders are pretty friendly and the bar owner Robert is also always nice. The only negative I would say is that when it gets kind of busy on the weekends and there's a long list of singers, it's hard to get on the karaoke list to sing right away. I was recently reminded by the bar owner that there's karaoke on Thursday nights. So if you're looking for a good time out in Redwood City and on the Peninsula Thursday-Saturday nights and enjoy singing karaoke, go check out Sodinis. You won't be disappointed. Cheers! Kudos.”

This place is pretty straight forward; Carnitas and tortillas with just few side selections which are rice and beans. That's it. This is why they perfected cooking up the carnitas.I highly recommend ordering the Combo #3 which is 6 freshly hot tortillas, 1/2 lb mixed carnitas (meat and facial pieces), a small half cup of beans and rice. The meat literally falls apart and is drenched with it's juices. I love the fatty parts such as the cheeks, ears, and other parts; this is perfect with the salsa. This combo was priced at $15 which is a great choice for a first timer. I do want to come back again and try their burrito. Their burrito is huge! basically an arm length lol. I will be back again!”

“They have a great selection of desserts and tarts. We tried many items there and everything was excellent. We also ordered a kids custom cake and Sweet table of mini's and it turned out perfect! My personal favorites include the petits fours cookies, eclairs, vanilla cake with strawberries and their delicious coffee/ Lattes. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are a must try! They now also have Gelato! My husband recently placed a corporate catering order from them for a variety of breakfast and dessert items and was very happy as well. Highly recommend!”

“Came for a family reunion lunch. We wanted to sit in the back patio which looks super cute but they wouldn't let the kids sit there. Even though none of us were smoking Hookah.Not too busy on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. which was a good thing because we had a party of eight and there was only one table that could fit us.Food was great. We had wraps and various pite. Fries and falafel and salads were good.Lots of choices on the menu. For dessert, we had baklava and Turkish coffee and rice pudding and they were delicious.You can order on your phone or at the counter and they're pretty fast.If you don't have kids under 21, I recommend sitting on the back patio.”

“This place lets you order online and pickup only. No inside dining. The purple rice burritos are well made, tasty and authentic. The black soy milk, although advertised as slightly sweet but it is sweeter than I have anticipated. Parking would be challenging. Either one park at nearby capelo's which has excellent bbq or keep the blinkers on and park in front of the building.vThe purple rice dumplings are cheap, good quality and authentic. The black soy milk (slightly sweet) is a little too sweet in my opinion.”

“Great cafe. The atmosphere is perfect for working or socializing. There is a good amount of seating in and outside.The tri tip salad is my favorite dish. Tri tip is cooked well. The dressing is flavorful, but not overpowering.Dessert tends to be good. It worth trying at least one.The spice chai latte is well balanced and my favorite drink.On nice days, it’s lovely to sit outside, get some yummy food, and enjoy the weather.”

“We dined on a Thursday it wasn't very busy due to rain. However we were kindly waited on and served in a timely manner. The bathrooms were also clean! There is a front and back entrance and pickup is on the left side of the front entrance when you walk in about halfway through the restaurant. (Saw many people confused by this) They have many dishes that are classic takeaway options. We didn't try anything too spicy but will have to when I return. We ordered the double mushroom chicken, veggie and brown rice fried rice, pan fried pork dumplings, and scallion pancakes( who doesn't love fried dough?) . Everything was tasty and as expected. This may be become a regular takeaway spot if I'm in rwc!”

“Went here right before noon 2x in the last 2 weeks. Nothing bad to say. Employees were friendly and smiling. Gave out decent portions. The food was fresh and tasty because it was just cooked. Not sure who's putting the bad reviews but it's all untrue. It's new. Give them a chance. Overall this chipotle seems to have a little smaller foot print but it does have a call/order ahead pick up window which is cool. Overall Chipotle restaurants have gone a little downhill over the past few years.”
