“The food here is delicious. I've been coming for years and you truly feel you're in someone's kitchen having a meal. Very cozy ambiance. Nothing fancy. Literally a Mexican kitchen. The food is the best. Authentic, large portions and very reasonable. I love this place. I've never been disappointed here. They best chilaquiles I've ever had (and I get them everywhere) my most favorite is the tacos Gobernadores. So so good. My mouth waters as I write this. Try this place. You won't be disappointed. “Visited this mom and pop shop around evening rush and I was impressed by how quick my service was, it was ready in less than 15 minutes. It's take out only with no seating available, however the layout of the restaurant seems like it used to be a sit down restaurant prior. The orange chicken was crispy, albeit the sauce was slightly slimy. The pad thai leaned too heavily on tamarind and fish flavors. However, the pad see ew shone with its delightful taste. While the Thai tea boba was a tad warm and priced a bit higher than usual, other dishes were reasonably portioned and priced.“

She presented us with their menu and suggested some. My wife, daughter and I had a long discussion as we wanted almost all that was there, finally we chose what we really wanted according to what we can consume and we would not want to waste any. Waiting time for prep was acceptable, Briana was always there to make sure we were comfortable and ok. Food was served, and it was done as we wanted. “What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. Parking is limited, but we found some nearby at a strip center. 4/5 - Complimentary Tostadas: Served with pico de gallo, salsa and bean dip. Really good. 4/5 - Horchata 4/5 - Eggs, Beans & Carne Asada: My husband requested this (since it's not on the menu) and they made it for him. He was very happy. 2/5 - Beef Machaca: The beans and rice and tostada were really good. I didn't love the machaca though. The food came out to 3.5 stars. Service was friendly and attentive, so I will bump it up to 4 stars. I think this is probably a good lunch / dinner location.“

He seated me right away, brought me water, and kept it flowing.Key things I loved right off the bat. Naan and Garlic Naan are served as part of the meal. Chai is also served as part of the meal.At most places they will give you water, but no other options unless the price has gone up for a weekend style buffet. Also most places will give you Naan but if you want garlic it costs extra.So, we were already off to a better than 2 star rating.Now the buffet spread. Everything was clearly labeled.One other thing I liked is they kept the vegetarian dishes on one side and the meat dishes on the other, as to not mingle the foods by accident. My friend had a hay day about that one time we went to go eat.I tried a little of everything.I have to say the only thong I wasn't super impressed by was the chicken curry rice option. The flavor was a little on the bland side and it was a bit oily.Otherwise everything was fantastic.Top Dishes:The Eggplant and the Chiken Tiki MasalaActually I'll say the Chicken Tiki was fantastic. The seasoning on the chicken with the rich creamy sauce come into your mouth and sets off those feel good neurons which make you say, "More please!".There are 4 types of dessert and don't miss the orange carrot puree one lingering in the back, because it is quite good.I'd expect a buffet like this to be around $16.99 or higher. “The first time I came, I got a Surf and Turf shrimp and steak taco. After I placed my order, someone else got their order, and they raved about their food. Wow! They were not wrong. It was delicious! On the second visit, I was kind of craving their Surf and Turf Torta, but that taco was still on my mind. So, I got that and also tried the grilled fish and steak taco. I would do it again. Nice little gem. Btw, I got my order to go, and they traveled well.“

“I love Italian food and this place did not disappoint. I entered the restaurant thru the back, where they have very limited parking. There's more parking across the street. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with all the wonderful smells of Italian cuisine. I personally love the pesto gnocchi. I also recommend having their lemon drop martini. It hits just the right spot after a long work week. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Very attentive and can definitely recommend something that you will absolutely love. Glad one is closer to where I live and I don't have to drive to Northridge for the other location.
