Made reservations for 530pm, didn't get seated til 550pm. Watched other people with reservations for 545 get seated before us. Waitress spilled a drink all over me, my seat and the table. Slow service. Drinks were forgotten about. Not friendly waitress. Food was bland. Ordered a steak medium and it came out very rare. Ranch beans tasted like they came from a can and not hot. For the price you are paying, you would think the food would be wow factor and it's just an overpriced Applebee's.
