I have gone to this location once before, but am more familiar with other Dos Coyote's locations. Just like all the other locations, this is a counter-service business, although they do bring your food to you and clean up after your table.I went during a stagnant time around 4 o'clock. There was no line to order and only one or two other people dinning in. Ordered the Yucatan salad, the chicken was flavorful and juicy. Lots of topings the fruit salsa is great.The salsa bar was cleaned and had variety of salsas and topings.The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and it is very clean.

Mediocre Mexican food, not anything to write home about. Hard sheel tacos fell apart on the 1st bite, and the chips were stale. Not bueno. Good service though, too bad we won't be back to enjoy the service only. ?
