First I would like to begin my review by saying in no way am I looking to put anyone down. However, the service and response of service here was horrible! My initial concern was an employee working on assembling the food "table" was grabbing all the meat with his hands and when I brought it up to the manager she responded by "I know. We just forget sometimes when we are very busy". I like her standing up for her workers but in no way is that ok. Secondly when I went through the drive through, I placed my order for a big mac meal with bacon and they did not put bacon on it. Also I asked for nuggets with Mac sauce as the Nugget dipping sauce and they gave me barbecue. When bringing it up to the drive thru employee I said I would like extra Mac sauce and I'd pay for it if need be. As I brought this up to her she just glanced at me with a certain upset look. I get they were busy. I used to work at a McDonald's for 6 years. A manager for 5 so I get how things can be. But I definitely think my service and their response could have been managed differently. I can certainly say I will not be going back here again.
