Awesome customer service, from valet, manager Natalie, and server Patrick, I believe.. Food was good and service was excellent. Very close walk to the Performing arts center! We will be back!
I was really hoping for a better experience. We got seated promptly, and our server was very nice but service was very very slow. We had went for their dining experience which was two dinners, two desserts, and a bottle of wine for $60. Unfortunately, we did not know it was a set menu and you could not do any substitutions so we went ahead and ordered it. We received bread and butter at the beginning, and the bread was so hard it was like croutons lol The server went in the back...read full review

We saw the Dinner for Two for $60 advertised in a Broadway Sacramento playbill. The service was great, dinner was great. Our bill was for $81...not $60. The manager told us this ‘deal' was from last season. One hour later...the same ad was still running in the playbill. We were surprised and disappointed that the Sheraton did not honor their advertisement.
