So Rude. The Owner is very rude. She doesn't have good customer service practice. What happened to the customer is always right? She tried telling us we are going to get charged extra for mozzarella on the Mozza Meat sandwich all while being rude when we asked politely are you sure. Side note, bread sucks here. They didn't charge extra in the end but it's principal and treatment.
It's a very clean store but unfortunately they got me never coming back there again because of their bread it's hard I pacifically asked him if it was fresh before he even started my sandwich he told me yes was not eat ends were totally hard and I would totally totally made me not want to come back this lady counted my pickle slices going onto my sandwich she put 6 pickles on my foot long tuna sandwich I have never in my life been to a sandwich place where they can't pickle slices...read full review
