Drive-thru seems to always be faster than going in. I waited almost 15 minutes for two burritos while countless orders kept going through drive thru. Burritos were just warm, not hot.
This place gets my orders right maybe 50% of the time. I have received a chalupa with onions added but no tomatoes. Last time they just left an item completely out of my order. They really seem to like their sour cream here as well since I remove it from everything I order but they still add it. Even to stuff that doesn't normally have sour cream. The Taco Bell app had a problem that caused it to charge my credit card without the order being completed. Even though the app showed the purchase as incomplete, the staff (including the manager) provided me with my meal and made sure that my order was correct.
