“Step right up, fellow food enthusiasts! I have unearthed a hidden gem, a culinary oasis nestled within the bustling streets, where the tantalizing aroma of sizzling meats and spices beckons the adventurous palate. Brace yourselves for an epicurean journey like no other, as I regale you with the savory delights of [Taco Truck Name]. Prepare to indulge in a symphony of flavors that will dance upon your taste buds and leave you craving for more. Let me begin by extolling the virtues of the shining stars of Sinaloense Mariscos & Taqueria's menu - the shrimp tacos. Ah, the mere mention of these succulent morsels sends my taste buds into a frenzy of anticipation. Picture this: plump, juicy shrimp, delicately seasoned and grilled to perfection, nestled within a warm, soft corn tortilla. Each bite bursts with the freshness of the sea, complemented by a symphony of spices that elevate the experience to new heights. Paired with a generous squeeze of lime and a dollop of creamy avocado salsa, these shrimp tacos are a testament to culinary excellence. But wait, the gastronomic adventure doesn't end there. Behold, the buffalo tacos - a fiery fusion of flavors that will set your senses ablaze in the most delightful way. Tender strips of buffalo meat, bathed in a tangy buffalo sauce that strikes the perfect balance between heat and tanginess, are tucked into a warm tortilla, along with crisp lettuce and cool ranch dressing. With each bite, you'll feel the exhilarating rush of spice, tempered by the creamy richness of the dressing. It's a flavor explosion that will leave you craving more long after the last bite is gone. But fear not, dear friends, for there is something for everyone at Sinaloense Mariscos & Taqueria. For those craving a hearty meal on the go, look no further than the chicken burrito. Packed to the brim with tender shredded chicken, savory rice, creamy black beans, and a medley of fresh vegetables, this burrito is a handheld feast that will satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, bound together by a warm tortilla that hugs the fillings like a comforting embrace. It's a meal fit for champions, whether you're on the go or savoring a leisurely lunch break. And let us not forget about the fish tacos - a seafood lover's dream come true. Tender, flaky fish, lightly battered and fried to golden perfection, is nestled within a warm tortilla and topped with crisp cabbage, tangy pico de gallo, and a drizzle of zesty lime crema. Each bite is a burst of freshness, with the delicate flavor of the fish perfectly complemented by the vibrant toppings. Whether you're a die-hard seafood aficionado or just looking to switch things up, these fish tacos are sure to delight your taste buds and leave you craving for more. Last but certainly not least, we come to the pièce de résistance of Sinaloense Mariscos & Taqueria's menu - the Berra. Ah, where do I even begin to sing the praises of this culinary masterpiece? Picture this: a warm, fluffy bun, toasted to golden perfection and slathered with a generous helping of creamy avocado spread. Nestled within this pillowy embrace lies a hearty patty of seasoned beef, cooked to juicy perfection and topped with melted cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and tangy pickles. Each bite is a symphony of flavors and textures, with the richness of the beef perfectly complemented by the freshness of the toppings. “I want a Tonys taco shirt! I would be a walking billboard for this place because it’s the best Mexican food in Salida and surrounding areas. Even people from out of town come here just to go to Tony’s tacos. Wish they could get here in the morning and start making breakfast burritos… I bet those would be good. Everything that comes out of this taco truck is good! If you want great Mexican food Go Here!!!!“

“Our households favorite taco truck in the area. The tacos and burritos are a little skimp occasionally depending on who’s working, but the food is consistently good.Be warned though, the salsa is HOT! Damn good though. They also have verde if you want another sauce option.“

“we loved the food presentation in traditional plates, (barro). The food was some great and some bad.Birria was delicious. the tenderness, right spices, and condiments tasted really fresh. I do recomend.Aporriadillo was one of a kind. If you like spicy food, you will love this plate, served with delicious rice and beans some garnish. This is a must have in here if you like this type of plate.Menudo: Don't try it. It was sweet. like if they had added ketchup or some sweet condiment. I don't recommend it.Sopitos were delicious. Those are served on a small thin tortilla, not so much of the mass. They had a delicious flavor.Enchiladas had an awesome presentation but the souce they put in it is also sweet. Is like if they are soaked in a sweet molito. Don't expect the traditional michoacan flavor or texture. they are ok. Not the best. recommend.Hot chocolate, drink, is a must have. Perfect flavor and foamy.“
