Best dosey I have had in US. It’s perfect, crispy on the outside and soft inside. I have been here 5 times, and it has been very consistent. I’d highly recommend trying this if you want to try Bangalore style dosa. You can taste each ingredient and its freshness from butter to potatoes to chutney.Also, the owner is an amazing woman. Say hi to her if you get a chance.
Dosa is great and comes close to the bengaluru darshini style, however the wait time is just too long for a pre ordered dosa. It took 45 minutes to get our order. Hopefully this improves!
