I had called a couple weeks in advance to place a reservation for dinner for my birthday (20 people). I had confirmed, called back to confirmed again, and was told by the same woman who took my reservation that the restaurant was no longer going to be open. They couldn't accommodate my party even though I double checked the reservation. What made me more sad was that I would have had a large group meet me there, if I'd not have taken the charge and called them to confirm. I didn't feel taken care of, or that the restaurant really cared about the issue much. I didn't have a birthday party, because the lack of time to find a new venue put us in a tight spot. Thanks for listening...I hope the wine bar is better received.
