Yeah... So I Placed an online order, and when I went to pick it up, the drive thru was closed. I even hung out for like 20 minutes, because I had the time. Still, nothing. I even saw a few more people after me, that looked like they had the same problem, all driving away after knocking on the door after asking an employee.It looked like they were having some sort of repair service or plumber there. In a long awaited down pour we decided to stop & get some food to take home. We anticipate a long line in the drive thru, Yahoo! Not one car!We ordered our regular, breakfast jacks, ten of em.Waited 3-4 minutes, and away we went. This restaurant is usually swamped with hungry people, today was different.We made it home in one piece, it's still pouring rain outside, but I'm full, happy and glad we stopped at Jack n the Box.I give it eight stars outta ten.

Went when the power went off in half of San Jose, very busy. Staff was definitely overworked and stressed but definitely understandable due to the conditions of that day. They were very helpful and patient with the long line of customers. Definitely a place to go when you just want something quick to eat though.
